Although I did absolutely nothing to her, she seemed as if she had seen a ghost and tried to get away from me as soon as I got close to her.

”I heard that, Yuuji!!! What do you mean by 'victim', huh?”

Seeing that I was reprimanded by Hanako, the twin-tailed girl lowered her guard and seemed to have opened up a little to me.

”So, why don't you start out by telling me your name, miss?”

”So, I'm going to ask you a few questions, okay?”

”Okay then. Here's the first question: How did you obtain that SD card?”

As soon as she heard my question, she shivered crazily and her sweat flowed profusely. Tears then started rolling down from her eyes. Seeing her like this, I couldn't bear to interrogate her any longer.

I pulled her into my embrace and tried to calm her down after a short amount of time passed, her shaking figure gradually started to stop shaking.

”You don't have to say anything, okay? Here, let me take you home.”

Leading her towards the car, I took her hand and guided her to the back seat.

”Nii-sama! Where are you going with that girl, eh?”

”Yuuji-kun... What do you think you're doing?”

Before I set off to send her home, Mio and Hanako decided to chase after me.

I then started the engine and pushed down the accelerator.
