Even though I wasn't drinking water, I almost choked myself.

Since the temperature is quite cold, it seems that I should take up on her offer then.

After lying down on the bed, I faced the other way from Hanako due to embarrassment. Right now, I'm looking outside the window from Hanako's bedroom.
”Nee, Yuuji.”

”Does this reminds you of what we did when we were a kid?”
”Of course!”
When we were a kid, we would always have sleepovers like this. Since we were both still a child, it doesn't really matter. But now, we are quite mature. That's why we don't really have the chance to be together like this.

Sigh... This girl can be quite honest at the strangest times...

After saying that, she grabbed my hand and clutched it firmly within her grasp. I can clearly feel the warmth radiating from her hand. It made me feel safe and secure. Since our bodies are so near each other, I could feel her breath at the nape of my neck. Her scent made me feel relaxed, and it really helped me to fall asleep.
Just before I fell asleep, Hanako said,

” That's why if one day I could be your girlfriend, it would make me feel so happy...”, she then blushed shyly.

I felt a soft sensation on my cheek.

”G-Goodnight, stupid Yuuji!”, she turned her head away shyly.
