43 A New Chapter (1/1)

Now I know what you're thinking: WHERE'S THE CHAPTER? DON'T LIE TO ME AUTHOR!!

Well, there is a new chapter.However, it's not going to be on this site.Before you freak out, let me explain.Webnovel has a problem: they treat their authors and their readers poorly.

Think about how much you had to pay for premium chapters before?Their new subscription program is still more expensive than even Netflix or Hulu!As for authors, the contracts they offer are apparently unfair.They can control the direction the novel plot goes, pay us relatively little compared to other publishers, and really take advantage of us.As for those of us who don't want to sign a contract like that: we can't receive support from readers then!

Many of you have told me that you want to support the novel but you can't.You'd give spirit stones if you could but you can't.Webnovel only offers that for authors that have signed the contracts.

But now there's another option.There's a site where you can support me just by reading!At this new site, as an author I get a portion of the advertisement revenue from you reading each chapter.You can read for free, I can earn some money, which in turn gives me the ability and motivation to write more chapters and for you to read!

Because of that, I have decided to stop publishing on Webnovel and ask all of my readers to move over to the new site.The site is called MoonQuill.I'll include the link at the bottom of this announcement.

Everyone, this is the best option I could find to satisfy us both!I hope you're willing to support me and go to this new site to check out my novel!

I'll be releasing every chapter I've published until now on the site over the next few hours.And at 6:30 AM United States EST (the time of day in New York City if you need to look it up!), I'll be releasing a new chapter.

I also told you all about something exciting that would lead to a mass release didn't I?Well this is it!On Monday, February 18th, I'll be releasing 7 new chapters!
