41 Be Mine (1/2)

”If you lose, then be mine.” Mozart stated his term. Erza was dumbfounded for a few seconds.

”Just kidding.” Mozart chuckled.

”Fine.”

”What?” It was Mozart turn to be dumbfounded.

”I will be yours if I lose. However, if you lose, I want you to forever be my friend. Help me to achieve my dream.” Erza said seriously.

Mozart deeply looked at Erza in the eyes as he was considering about her condition. He was fully aware of the consequences if he lost. After all, Mozart had his own means to get information.

He knew that she was a half demon, and he knew about her ambition. In fact, he guessed that was the main reason she dated Qi Long. His background and clan support were not something that Mozart could also offer her.

Therefore, he was half joking when he said his term. Unexpectedly, Erza accepted it. Was he still a man if he let go of this opportunity?

”You know that if you lose, then you would ruin all of your schemes so far?”

”Yes, if I lose, then bring me out from this place in the future.”

Mozart was surprised with her calmness. This bet had very serious consequences for her if she lost. She would have to start a new life somewhere else in the future, leaving her friends and those people she loved here.

”You know, I won't go easy on you.”

”Yes, I will be disappointed if you are getting soft on me. I want the real Mozart as my friend.”

”Fine.”

Elder Black and the other students were confused looking at Erza and Mozart who kept staring at each other. They knew that they were talking via voice transmission, however they did not know what they were talking about to cause the atmosphere around them to slowly turn heavier.

Soon, the pressures coming from the two youths were too much for the other students to withstand. Elder Black had to interfere by setting up a barrier to isolate the two youths. Luckily there were in a special room for practice, so space was not an issue.

Around her, more and more black lightnings started to appear, whereas Mozart was surrounded by red flames. They were all accompanied by thick baleful aura.

Dark matters were floating around Erza. They were more like the mini version of 'Dark Sphere' and they kept circling around her shoulders.

In front of her, Mozart also had dark matters behind him. They were in the shape of small daggers and the amount kept increasing by the seconds.

Both fighters dashed at the same time and they were both going for a punch.

*kaboom!*

Their fists met and the floor under them was destroyed by the after-impact. Red flame and black lightning spread to their surrounding and the barrier trembled violently. Both fighters were pushed few metres backward before they could stabilize themselves.

Next, Mozart sent his dark daggers to Erza. She responded by sending her mini dark spheres. More explosions occurred as the dark matters crashed into each other.

Erza pointed her finger at Mozart and soon a dark energy beam shot toward her opponent. Mozart then shot similar dark energy beam from his eyes to meet her attack. Another explosion occurred.

Mozart then used the dark particles around him to create more daggers and shot them to Erza.

She dashed forward and avoided most of his attacks but some managed to leave scars on her body.
