126 Sleeping Together (1/2)
”What are you thinking about?”A cool voice pulls Su Lian out of her thoughts.
She looks up and sees Han Yuan's tall figure leaning against the door of her office.
Her eyebrows scrunch up as she frowns. ”What are you doing here?”
She is still very upset about last night. To make matters worse, she fell asleep in his car and this shameless man didn't even wake her up. He carried her into her house, changed her into her pajamas and didn't leave. He actually slept in her bed last night.
He stripped her naked.
He put her in pajamas.
He slept in her bed.
Just the thought of it all makes her cheeks burn in rage.
When she woke up and saw the scene, the first thing she wanted to do was call the police, but she saw her son snuggled in bed with them.
He would be sad if she called the cops on his father so she kicked him out and scolded all her maids for letting him in in the first place.
”You're a shameless pervert.” She says through clenched teeth.
Han Yuan looks at her innocently before walking in front of her desk. ”What did I do wrong?”
”Why the hell did you undress me last night?”
”You were sleeping so peacefully. How could I bare to wake you up?”
Su Lian feels frustrated talking to him. ”Just get out of here before I lose my patience.”
Han Yuan wants to continue protesting, but his phone rings so he stops to answer it.”Hello,”
It's Deng Xiao, his assistant. ”Mr. Han, I got a call from the police station, Shen Xun committed suicide in prison very early this morning.”
”Mmmm, is there a need to tell me any of this?”
Deng Xiao is speechless. He doesn't know how to answer.
Han Yuan ends the call and puts a bag on Su Lian's desk. ”I brought you lunch. Let's eat together and then we'll go pick our son up from school.”
She wants to refuse, Han Yuan can't even cook so what he brought can't be edible. Before she can say anything, her words get stuck in her throat.
He opens up the bag and a tempting aroma wafts into the air.
He didn't cook this, he bought and it smells delicious. She licks her lips and stares the plates now stacked neatly on her desk.
She has always been a foodie, that's why she would try so hard to learn how to make new dishes.
Gourmet food and chocolate is her weakness and this bastard knows it.
”Fine.”
She gives in.

Su Mo Cho straightens out her dress and heads for the car. ”Let's go LiMei. I'm very confident that this role will be mine.”
Yang LiMei who just walked into the room rolls her eyes and curses her luck once again. 'How are you ganna get this role? You're competing against A-list actresses and you didn't even read the script.' Yang LiMei keeps her thoughts to herself and puts on a respectable appearance.
”Miss, I couldn't get a hold of Murong Ning.”
