Her hand pauses and she turns around to glare fiercely at him. ”I don't need a lecture, especially not one from you.”

Seeing the fierce look in her eyes, Han Yuan feels his chest tighten. Her angry expression only makes him stand firmer in his decision.

He starts the car and drives off.

Su Lian turns her head and sees that they're being followed by the silver Maybach that was parked beside her car. 'It must be his.'

She could have avoided this whole ordeal if she had been more aware of her surroundings.

Cursing her lack of a sixth sense, Su Lian sits quietly in the back seat while staring at the man taking her to who-knows-where.

Before long, they arrive in a deserted rocky area.

There isn't a building or person in sight. Just her car and his behind, even then there was still a large distance between both cars.

He unlocks the door and steps out. She runs out immediately before he can lock the door again.

”Where am I, you psycho.” She swings her fist in an attempt to punch his face but he catches her slender wrists.

”Let's behave like adults.”

”Adults? You just hijacked my car. And kidnapped me.”

Han Yuan uses his free hand to caress her cheek while staring deeply at her.

”So beautiful.”

Su Lian pulls herself from him and turns her now red face away. ”Wh-where is this place?”
