Chapter 451 - The Earth’s Current Condition (1/2)

The blonde-haired, blue-eyed man calmly said, “Mr. Lu’s manual is of utmost importance to the Human Alliance right now. Ms. Lu, for humanity’s sake, I hope that you will hand over Mr. Lu’s heritage and make it public.”

The man continued, “Of course, we’re not going to let Yunxuan Villa get the short end of the stick. We would be willing to offer shares of various companies worth over 50 billion US dollars, or other cultivation treasures of some sort.”

Lu Shanshan then chuckled and said, “Heh, I’m sorry, but the cultivation methods of the manual that he left behind belong to our family. The only way they’d become yours is if we willingly handed it over to you. Otherwise… well, don’t even think of robbing us.”

That man’s expression became cold as soon as he heard what Lu Shanshan said.

The man casually retorted, “Ms. Lu Shanshan, I agree that your brother is an extremely renowned hero who saved humanity. Even so, not even he could afford to make enemies out of the entire world. Besides, aren’t people saying things like such a fate would never occur had it not been for your brother?” As he spoke, his words were laced with a threatening tone.

Lu Shanshan knew very well that despite nobody daring to publicly say such thoughts in broad daylight, those thoughts were lurking underneath the surface for years.

There was no denying the fact that people were saying such things.

The reason why that old dragon came to Earth in the first place was to seek Lu Xuan. As a result, its appearance triggered several massive calamities that claimed many lives.

Many knew well enough about the situation to know that all of the old dragon’s actions were for the sake of the demons’ ascendence, fighting to live on Earth with humans.

Whether or not Lu Xuan gets involved, It would have been only a matter of time before things like that happened.

That blonde-haired, blue-eyed man before her was responsible for propagating such counter-movements.

He was among the people trying to redefine Lu Xuan’s status as a villain instead of as a hero.

She knew that such counter-movements came from the United States. It was worth noting that Lu Xuan had made enemies of the US in the past, even going so far as to kill one of the former country’s presidents.

Despite their resentment towards Lu Xuan, the US didn’t dare to do anything further against him after that. They were utterly frightened of what he could accomplish on his own.

Even, such people still existed even after the Human Alliance was established and the US was turned into the Region of America. The people’s resentment towards Lu Xuan never died out.

Had it not been for Region of Huaxia’s efforts in fighting for Lu Xuan’s recognition, those from the Region of America would have gotten what they wanted.

However, things were different now. The Region of Huaxia had been propagating widespread cultivation among the people for a long time. As such, the region’s power grew exponentially. Several formidable cultivators emerged within just several years.

In terms of power, the Region of Huaxia was thought to be unparalleled because it had always been right behind the Region of America.

Currently, the Region of Huaxia’s power had eclipsed that of the Region of America. Thus, it had become the most renowned region in the world.

All the other regions had been pushing for widespread propagation of cultivation among their people. This was inevitable after what the demonic dragon had done. Those born with privileges could no longer solve the problem.

Everyone knew that the Human Alliance was not the only unique global organization in the world. They were many others that could pose a threat to the existence of the Human Alliance. As such, no one could afford to behave as arrogantly as they did before.

Despite so, the other regions were still beginning to be established and systemize their own cultivation methods and syllabi. Because systems from the other regions were in great disorder, no other place had a cultivation system as comprehensive and systemized as that of the Region of Huaxia.

Many systems out there had fleeting cultivation methods, which required devout faith in deities.

None could compare to the widespread cultivation among the people like that being carried out in the Region of Huaxia.
