Chapter 191 - Taking Invincible Vajras to be a Joke (1/2)
That was a full-force attack that killed even Invincible Vajras.
It was dead silent over there. Everyone thought prior that Lu Xuan would be able to hold all four of those Invincible Vajras off with his full strength, enabling himself to escape unscathed.
However, what Lu Xuan had done was a wake-up call to everyone present, telling them, without a doubt, that they were wrong.
Chu Yunfan’s strength surpassed everything they were able to imagine before.
Invincible Vajras were not all top-notch fighters of no equal, after all.
To put it precisely, there were ranks among Invincible Vajra level combatants as well.
There was also no doubt that Lu Xuan was the most powerful among them all.
There was Lu Xuan, and then there were the others.
Even the Silver Grandmother, the Old Nanhai Staff Master, and Luo Zihong felt a chill run down their spines.
Luo Zihong was the one who set everything up, and he totally did not expect Lu Xuan to be that powerful.
All of that explained why Lu Xuan dared to come and kick down their door all by himself.
Lu Xuan was but one person, yet he seemed like he was able to take on an army numbering in thousands.
“Not bad, considering how you’re able to have me get serious,” Lu Xuan quipped while looking at Yang Xin’s body, shaking his head.
Anyone being able to get to Invincible Vajra Level at such a time was no doubt cutting edge combatants.
Be it talent, diligence, or resources, one would not have been able to get so far without all three available.
Invincible Vajras would not look like weaklings taking on anyone else. It was just too bad that they had to fight him, and there was no doubt that they stood no chance in winning.
There were many from the Luo Clan who were stunned by what happened. None of them expected Lu Xuan to be so utterly terrifying before seeing Lu Xuan getting serious.
They all behaved holier-than-thou before, thinking Lu Xuan to be but a clown who did not know his place.
The Luo Clan’s prowess was such that they thought they were able to get rid of Lu Xuan any time they fancied.
However, it did not occur to them that their time was long gone. Times have changed, and they were in an era where top-notch beings ruled over everything.
All those connections that the Luo Clan painstakingly maintained all that while might have been of use, back when spirit qi was being restored to the world.
However, as spirit qi got restored to the planet and the cultivators stood above everything, it became a time where only top-notch fighters had a say in everything.
Times changed before the clan realized that.
“So, where do I begin?”
Lu Xuan eyed all three of them. He paid no heed to anyone else from the clan but the three who were standing before him, as those three were people whom Lu Xuan deemed to be capable of taking him on somewhat.
He set his sight on the Silver Grandmother before long, which caused her to feel a chill run down her spine, making her feel like a common folk being eyed by a beast in the wild.
That feeling was stifling.
“You insolent piece of sh*t!”
The Old Nanhai Staff Master beside her roared, and he slammed his staff on the ground, kicking up a wave of dust instantly.
It seemed to be a move to intimidate Lu Xuan, yet he dared not attack recklessly all the same.
The one who did so before—Yang Xin—had died, after all.
That man was actually killed in front of everybody with just a single hit.
No one would have believed something so ridiculous if they were not to see it with their own eyes.
“Didn’t you act all high and mighty when you talk about killing people before?” Lu Xuan smirked. The Silver Grandmother backed away almost one single step after hearing that, thoroughly intimidated by Lu Xuan.
The young man made his move at that very instant.
He appeared right before the Silver Grandmother as if he was capable of teleportation.
