Both Xiu Ling and Lin Kang turned to the source of the disturbance. Lin Xi puffed up his cheeks resentfully and was levelling them a look that seemed to say, 'You two done? Aren't we here because of me? You promised to not let go, so what about that?! Hmmph, liars!”

Then he spun his swim ring around in the water and paddled away like he had given up hope on these two individuals. Xiu Ling was pretty sure she caught her son roll his eyes at them.

In any case, Xiu Ling quickly waded through the water to catch up to her son who was throwing a fit, one that she felt was justified. They did forget about him for that brief moment, just like how the two of them had forgotten completely about Lin Kang who still stood where he was with the pool water lapping around him.

He was still thinking about what had happened earlier. This was the first time the man was literally at a loss for words. That was something that did not happen often for Lin Kang.

When Xiu Ling first arrived at Lin family, she was as thin as a skeleton, there was barely any meat hanging on her bones. However, with the rich man's diet served at the Lin household, Xiu Ling had filled in nicely. She was by no means fat but at least now she did not look like a starving victim.

When Lin Kang held her earlier, he could feel her wonderful curves against his touch and Lin Kang had to admit, it felt nice. He felt a tingle at the southern region of his body.

He explained it as an understandable reaction of a healthy male body when he was in close proximity with a member of the opposite sex. On top of that, it was probably also due to his pent-up sexual frustration from his long period of abstinence.

'Yes, that has to be it. It is merely a natural bodily reaction from close physical contact, nothing more and nothing less. It is simply lust...' Lin Kang convinced himself.

However, this proposition of his failed to explain one very important detail, which was his recent lack of interest in the female personal secretaries that paraded in and out of his office. It was because of this that the man had not had any release recently.

If Lin Kang's member was as... shall we say, trigger-happy as he believed then why hadn't his body reacted to these secretaries who were younger and more open to sexual favours than Xiu Ling? Why did his body only show some form of reaction when he was close to his wife?

These were the questions that Lin Kang did not have the time to answer because he needed rush to the bathroom attached to the pool to take a cold shower before he was caught making an unsavory scene at the public pool.

Yes, Lin Kang was powerful but not powerful enough to silence a case of him lusting over children who were trying to learn how to swim.
