Ye Song continuously ran straight until he found some dead bodies of monsters that were chasing the Penguins and Roy Balboa's group.

When he look at the bodies lying on the ground, he discovered that every single one of them has a deep cut around their neck area.

The cut seems to penetrate all the way to the back of their head. It almost severed the head from the neck.

Ye Song can tell from the wound that it was a one-shot kill, It was done instantly without making any mistake.

Upon seeing this, he knew it was the Penguin's doing.

Knowing that the penguins are still safe, a relief smile appeared on his face. He then continued to run forward to catch up to them.

As he was running, he saw more monsters lying on the ground devoid of any life. Seeing their lifeless body made his mind relax a bit, but while he saw the Devilslave's dead body, he also saw two people from Roy Balboa's group.

Those two were the unfortunate ones who didn't make it.

Knowing that he was in the right direction, Ye Song began to increase his speed.

After a few minutes of running, he heard some roars not far away from him. He then changed direction and not long after, He finally saw some silhouettes in front of him. he can barely see them but he can tell this was the monsters who were chasing the penguins and Roy Balboa's group.

Ye Song's eyes turned cold when he saw the monsters and immediately activated his [Cloaking LV.10].

As he moved closer, Ye Song heard dozens of monsters making loud noise like they were cheering. The shout from the distance came closer and closer. There were also popping sounds that were obviously from the trees being destroyed.

This made him frowned his eyebrows. He then walked closer to see what this monsters cheering about. the monsters didn't noticed him as he went near them but Ye Song didn't dare lower his guard because if he was discovered, he will be immediately surrounded by dozens of monsters.

When he was almost near the them, he jumped on a tree to look ahead. Upon seeing what was happening in front of him, Ye Song's face changed instantly.

There, he saw the monsters cornered four injured penguins. They look exhausted and getting weaker by the second but they still continued to block anyone who went near them.

Even though their conditions are getting worse, this didn't hindered them from killing their enemies.

Seeing the serious wounds and the tired look on the faces of the penguins, Ye Song felt like his heart was being stabbed.

This was his fault...

The Penguins were in this situation because of him.

”I'm sorry...”

Ye Song said with a weak voice as his eyes became moist and his vision became blurry.

The penguins were there for him ever since they decided to follow him. Even though he lost his previous strength, the Penguins still treat him the same way.

They never changed.

He felt guilty to all the monsters who made a contract with him. Before, he didn't care about them because he was so strong, he thought no one can rival him. He became so arrogant because of his strength that he wasn't thinking before taking actions.

When he lost his strength, they were still there for him. They can easily break the contract because of the difference in their level but instead, they all stayed with him.

Even though he just order them to do work everyday, they still loyally follow his order.

This made him realize many things that he will never realize if he still had that overwhelming strength.

It changed him but he didn't think this was a bad thing.

Instead, it made him become a better person.

So right now, seeing the Penguins were hanging by a thread, a murderous intent that can suffocate the sky appeared on his eyes.

”I will make you pay for hurting my friends!” his killing intent surged as he charged forward without any hesitation.

Ye Song was angered. He was completely enraged!

The Devilslave monsters, who were still shouting lively, suddenly felt a cold killing intent rush on their backs. It gave them shiver down their spine. They instinctively turned their heads to look around cautiously.

Even though they only felt it for a bit, It was enough for them to raise their guards and stay alert.

Because that killing intent gave them a huge sense of crisis!

Ye Song moved forward like a meteor, and along the way, he passed countless monsters. He moved towards where the penguins were fighting.
