When Ye Song saw the content of the quest, he suddenly felt an extreme sense of urgency.

He was worried about what was happening in the town right now.

Thinking about this, he didn't delay any longer and turn his head towards the direction where Roy Balboa's group escaped earlier.

With a ”Swoosh!” sound, Ye Song's body disappeared into thin air and his shadow flickered in the trees as his silhouette move around like a ghost.

The remaining shadow monsters in the dark were startled by his sudden movement but they quickly manage to get back to their senses and began chasing after him.

With the death of their leader, the shadows began to feel anxious about the mission that was given to them but still, they gritted their teeth and chose to fulfill it.

They began to move in unison and quickly chase after Ye Song.

Meanwhile, while Ye Song was running as fast as he can...

In the forests not far away from him, just north of the Southern Border of Freedom Land, the bushes could be heard jostling with movement as a group of men and women came walking out from behind it.

One of the men looked at the sky and frowned.

Looking at the sun setting behind the mountains, the man turned his gaze on the group and said,

”Li Hong, are you sure it's this way? Didn't you say there'd be a town here?”

In Li Hong's hand was a map in which he was studying. Turning around to look at the place, Li Hong pointed slight ways right. ”Don't worry, look there, that's the river I'm talking about. It's a local landmark near Everest Town and there's a lake right next to it. It's a small one, but we should be able to reach it by nightfall. In any case, let's move on. After we crossed that mountain you will see what I'm talking about...”

A great distance away was a single large mountain. The group was hesitating to move on because it was already night time. they'd rather camped here and wait till sunrise than travel at night because the monsters were more aggressive and more violent at night.

”Let's hurry along then, it'd be great if we can find that town you were talking about as soon as possible” Zhu Kao nodded.

The man named Li hong accidentally discovered Malaya Town while he was roaming outside, he was perplexed about it when he first saw it because he knew only Everest Town was residing in this area. Feeling confused, he began to look around and investigate but he didn't dare go anywhere near the town thinking it was a trap set up by monsters because he saw some monsters coming out of the town.

Upon seeing the monsters and humans walked outside the gate, he quickly turned around and flee. he decided to go back to his town to report it.

After reporting, the town council assembled a group of Chosen to investigate the matter.

Three days had passed since they left. For those three days, the group had been camping in the great outdoors for the night. Even though they knew the dangers of sleeping outside the town, both Li Hong and Zhu Kao were well accustomed to camping in the outdoors, and so were the girls for that matter, but neither of the two wanted them to go for so long without a proper bed and such.

”It's better to be careful, our safety is the top priority..”

The others nodded in agreement.

Seeing the group reached a decision, Li Hong then called out to the others to catch up.

”Whoosh!”
