In the second classroom, the students were also whispering to one another, silent enough for their teacher not to hear. However, unlike the first classroom, only the girls were chattering with each other. The boys just slept, doodled, yawned and showed no interest.
”Hey, do you know where Kevin-sama is? The bell already rang a while ago!” One girl anxiously asked her friend.
”Actually, the last time I saw him was on the stairs. He seemed so happy at that time and nothing was wrong with him…” Her friend replied and pondered over the matter that she forgot.
”Idiot! Have you forgotten that we also saw Kevin-sama bump into his brother? Moreover, his brother was carrying Scarlet-sama!” Another girl, who was eavesdropping, replied with a hint of frustration. She now witnessed how forgetful her companion was. They had just seen that some minutes ago and she already forgot?! Unbelievable!
”Oh, yeah! That's right! After that, Kevin seemed to change… It was odd. Even though he was smiling, he did not seem to be smiling… That was the first time I saw him like that, you know what I mean?” She was finally able to remember everything thanks to her companion. However, what she had seen was very odd. No matter how many times she racked her brain for answers, nothing came out.
”No way! Kevin-sama is always Kevin-sama! No matter how much he changes, he will always be our Kevin-sama!” The eavesdropper proudly replied as if she was boasting about her child.
”Based from what you have said, I think he's just different a while ago because he saw his brother carrying someone… I think.” Another girl, who was eavesdropping, whispered her thoughts loud enough for them to hear.
”Hmm? Oh yeah! If a person was being carried by Kevin-sama's brother, then don't you think something happened? Like, maybe they went to the clinic?” The first girl, who started the conversation, pondered as she replied back with a question.
The other girls beamed at her and nodded their heads as they finally got the answer to where their idol, Kevin-sama, was.
”But, why would Kevin-sama also go to the clinic? Wait! First, why would Kevin-sama be so happy going up the stairs? Why would he bump into his brother out of all people? Most of all, why would his entire aura change once he saw them?” Another additional eavesdropper, who was taking note of every detail, spontaneously asked, without knowing that every question she uttered had delivered a massive blow to each of the girls' hearts.
All of the other girls widened their eyes, parted their mouths, and looked at one another, as if they had just found the piece of the puzzle.
'Could it be? If that person was a girl, then the most probable person that Kyle-sama should be carrying should be none other than... Scarlet-sama!' was what they silently exclaimed towards each other. Unfortunately, despite how much they wanted to yell it out, they were still in the midst of classes. More than that, they feared that their second idol, Amanda-sama, who kept chasing after Kevin, would hear them.
However, their efforts were useless.
Through her sensitive ears, Amanda, who was seating in the front row, had heard everything they had just said, including the hidden meaning of their body language. She secretly gritted her teeth and tightly gripped onto her ball pen as she affectionately smiled at the teacher and pretended to focus on the lecture before her.
Once the boys saw her smile, they became so captivated by it that they saw flowers blooming all around her, making her seem more angelic and lovable than before.
Indeed, as long as their angel, Amanda-sama, was here, then they did not care where that girlfriend or crush stealer, Kevin-sama, was. In fact, they were quite happy with his absence.
Very happy.
