”For the future.” Onigiri replied straightly.

Li Wei stared quietly at her contract beast. She felt complicated inside and she doesn't know why.

”Oh right. Wanna know an interesting fact about yourself?” Onigiri float at the level of Li Wei's eyes.

Hearing what Onigiri had said, she roll her eyes.

”I know myself more than anyone.”

With a click of his small pink tongue, Onigiri looked at the girl smugly. ”Oh, really?”

Li Wei jokingly hit him in the head. ”You think you know me?” She smiled.

”No. But I can tell you one thing.”

Li Wei raise her brows. ”Oh? Tell me.” She challenge.

”Master, are you aware that you are...” Onigiri began circling Li Wei looking at her observingly.

”That I am?” She question. Onigiri keeps her hanging.

”That you are... Half human and half beast?”

An angry vein appeared on Onigiri's face when he heard what his master just called him. Little one? His much older than her for 18 years!!! His 26 in the human age but his 260 years old as a spirit beast.
