39 Order to Massacre (1/2)

Kushina simply let out a tch but didn't say anything, Mikoto knew that something happened between them. She wasn't about to let them stay mad at each other, even in the fights, it was as if Shun was purposely ignoring Kushina.

All three of them ate dinner as Shun stood up and got out of the house, he let out a sigh as he stared at the sky once again. He moved his eyes as he whispered into the wind, ”Come out, I know you are there.”

The ninja seemed to have expected it and got out, Shun continued to stare in that direction as he saw the ninja coming towards him with a Mask on his face.

He had a scroll in his hands which made Shun think 'Either it is from Lord Hokage or it is from that person? Let's see.'

Shun asked out his question, ”Are you sent by that man?” He knew that there was a low chance that the man would speak something, and it seemed that he was right.

The man truly didn't open his mouth, it was as if his lips were sealed to speak of anything related to it. The black clothed Ninja extended his hand and passed the scroll to him.

Shun held the scroll and opened it up, he started to read it with a calm gaze, he spoke out with a glare, ”What is the meaning of this?”

”The war with Suna is already finished, why do you want me to kill off their Genin and Chuunins who are just returning from the battlefield.” Shun questioned while glaring at the man who came to issue him this massacre order.

”My Lord asked you to perform this task, you do not need to know of the reasons. You aren't qualified to know them yet, just do the task or…” The man silently spoke out the threat, it was a threat that angered Shun.

He didn't show his wrath in front of this ninja as he spoke out, ”Alright then, return back and inform your lord that this task shall be done.”

The Black-Clothed man nodded his head and jumped back before he disappeared into the darkness but Shun wasn't about to let him go like that, he activated his Sharingan and quietly followed him.

He wanted to know of his enemy's location, he knew that the enemy already knew about his location and had information about him, so he wanted to gather some information about this person.

He knew that now was not the time to hesitate, that man already knew many things about Shun, he could come and kill Kushina and Mikoto when he was away, and he would have to cry in regrets.

With no hesitation in his movements, he followed the Black Clothed Guy in the forest, on the way, Shun felt as if the guy disappeared, this was contributed due to the night time as well as the dark clothing.

He couldn't see well in the night as there was no moon in the night today, he activated his Sharingan without much hesitation and finally found a trail to the men's footsteps.

With the Sharingan, his feeling was sharpened by another level, he could follow the trail left behind due to the stepped upon grass, the broken twig and other things.

After running for half an hour, he finally found the guy, the who was moving towards the village right now suddenly changed his direction and started to run towards the outskirts of the Konoha.

Shun didn't think much before he started to follow him again, after following the Black Clothed Guy for some time, he abruptly stopped, it was because he saw the place where the guy was heading to.
