66 Chapter 66 - Entering the Ruins (1/2)

Wu Qian Ren recovered his full power immediately and attacked Meng Haoran.

Meng Haoran couldn't do anything but defend while the remaining team members are getting injured. They also spent lot of Qi during attacking the formation and Meng Haoran even took a Qi replenishing pill when attacking the formation after exhausting his energy. Even though they took some Qi recovery pills later to recover their Qi. it's nothing compared to Qi replenishing pill.

Qi recover pill helps a cultivator to absorb the elemental Qi in the atmosphere faster, whereas Qi replenishing pill contains pure Qi and immediately required the Qi of anyone below Qi sea stage completely.

At the moment another member of his team died under the combined attacks leaving only him and Wen Xin; Meng Haoran realized if this continued they will definitely be killed and look. He immediately shouted ”We surrender Wu Qian Ren. Please stop the attack.”

Wu Qian Ren stopped his attack when he heard Meng Haoran's submission.

Wu Qian Ren turned towards Zhu Xuan and asked ”Brother Zhu Xuan, what do you think we should do?”

Wu Qian Ren's stance against Zhu Xuan changed for indifference to respect, after this fight.

First Zhu Xuan asked Wu Qing and Wu Yong dug a hole at this place and instructed them to hide themselves inside the hole completely suppressing their aura and breadth when they hear his shout to Save himself. Then when they hear his shout of Attack, they shout immediately attack.

Second, he lured the herd of Earth Demon horses to the place of fighting so that he can rescue Wu Qian Ren and his team, and at the same time he can split up the enemy's team.

Wu Qian Ren saw how decisive, clever and ruthless Zhu Xuan was and felt nothing but respect for him and asked his opinion because without him none of them would be alive.

Meng Haoran also looked at Zhu Xuan, but with anger and clenched his fists tightly. If looks could kill, Zhu Xuan would have died a million times by now. Zhu Xuan looked at Meng Haoran's bloodshot eyes and angry face and just smirked.

Even though Zhu Xuan wanted to kill him, he was just here to help them as repayment because they provided information about the academy and he was able to cross the peak of Snowcape Demon Mountain easily because of them. He didn't want to involve with any internal issues in the academy or the noble families.

So he just waited for Wu Qian Ren to make the final decision and simply said ”It's upto you, I don't want to involve in this any further.”

Wu Qian Ren understood Zhu Xuan's meaning and was about to speak, when three people rushed towards them from the distance.

Everyone turned towards them and say it was Meng Xiaofeng how was defeated by Zhu Xuan earlier and the other two Meng Haoran left behind to divert the Earth Demon horses.

Wu Yong and Wu Qing got ready to face them and the others also looked at the incoming three getting ready to attack.

Meng Haoran thought this was his chance and lunged towards Wu Yong who was facing the other side.

Everyone else was distracted by the sudden appearance of the three, but Zhu Xuan and Wu Qian Ren was observing Meng Haoran. Zhu Xuan shouted ”Wu Yong, behind you” and Wu Qian Ren attacked the moment Meng Haoran moved to attack Wu Yong.

Meng Haoran turned around and defended the attack Of Wu Qian Ren while getting pushed back towards Wu Yong. Wu Yong was distracted by the sudden changes on the both sides and before he could react, Meng Haoran used a fist attack and hit Wu Yong.

Wu Qing also tried to attack but Wu Yong flew away with the attack and Meng Haoran rushed out fast.
