”Hehe, its always like this. Why do you never learn Elaine.” Luna laughed with her hand covering her mouth.

”Just watch. Someday I'll get him. Hmph!” Elaine who had caught up to them said.

”Best of luck.” Adam's voice came from the front. Elaine looked up and saw a look of ridicule and a sly grin on Adam's face.

Her face went red like a tomato. 'He did it on purpose!' She realised that he walked away on purpose cause he knew she would not be able to resist the temptation of testing the new gear.

”Umumumu. Why are you so mean to me?” She mumbled.

Chop!

A light chop landed on her head. ”Fool. Stop starting it and you'll stop getting the short end of the stick. it's that simple.” Adam said.

Elaine stood there with her two hands raised and rubbing the top of her head. Her eyes looking at him like she had suffered injustice.

”Ugh. Maybe I indulge you too much.” His hand that was still in the posture of a chop above her head turned and landed on her head lightly and gently caressed it.

”I will not be this nice the next time. This is the last time.” He said in a defeated voice.

”Young master always says this but always treats her kindly at the end. This sister of mine will end up spoiled.” Luna shook her head and sighed.

”So you are saying that I should stop patting her?” Adam asked.

”Yes. She has become too used to it. You are too soft with her.” Luna said sternly.

”Okay. Okay.” Adam retracted his hand.

”Luna! What have I ever done to you?!” Elaine looked at Luna as if she was the great Yama sentencing her to eternal damnation in hell.

”It has nothing to do with me. It has everything to do with how you behave. Ill only allow the young master to be nice to you if you promise to behave from now one.” Luna was like a strict teacher. A stick in one hand and a candy dangling in the other.

”Hmph. Fine!” Elaine stamped her foot.

”I sense no sincerity in those words.” Luna raised her chin and said.

The two sisters continued to bicker.

The next day, inside the dungeon, first floor.

The final corridor that leads to the final room of this floor.

Elaine stood in the front with her shield in hand. Luna was right behind her with her staff tapping on the floor as she walked and Adam right behind her walking casually in his new gear. He had pushed up his sleeves to his elbows.

The three had stopped for a short break before clearing the floor. This was something they had done quite often recently and no tension could be sensed from the three.

”These new outfits are so good. I wonder how sister fen made them!” Elaine praised.

The gear was truly magnificent for how thin its material was. In yesterday's test, they realised that any force applied on the material would be like a finger poked into layers upon layers of sponge. It was really mysterious and deceiving to the eyes.

After today's run through the first floor, they encountered 2 black goblins that happened to slash at Elaine. Not even a scratch was left on the durable gear.

Fen's gear was a hundred times better than what was sold by the local crafters, without a doubt.

”Yes, this lets you and young master focus on the attack a lot more than protecting me.” Luna agreed with Elaine.

”Young master, what is your plan? You still haven't told us…” Elaine asked.

”Ah, yeah. I guess it should be fine if I told you now.” Adam started recalling his plan that he devised the night before.

”I didn't want to say it in the lodge yesterday because it would be better to not let anyone know of it.” He said.

”Oh, what is it that has to be so secretive,” Luna said. The two girls became eager to hear more.

”There are two phases to my plan. How the first phase pans out will drastically affect the second phase.”

”First what I want to do is enter the core room.” Adam enunciated every word, slowly and seriously.

”The core room! No way. We were told to never step into it. Even mistress told us 'Core room's all differ from each other but they all have one thing in common: Danger. Never go into one.'. We really shouldn't young master.” Luna tried to persuade him against the idea.

”I know. What other choice do we have? My hope is that a monster of a higher level resides in this final room that houses the core of a dungeon.

”My second phase would be heavily hampered if we didn't go through with the first.” He said.

”What is the second phase of the plan?” Luna knew that he had already set his mind so she didn't try to persuade him anymore and asked.

”This is gonna be a bit crazier so just hear me out first….”

”Go on…” Both girls raised an eyebrow and gave him an inquisitive look. This was new to them. They had never seen him hesitate like this before.

”I want to create an experience farm!”
