Although William had one year before canon, he didn't know this. He was a system enhanced genius, not a reincarnation, not a transmigrator, this was real life. Like those books that he read in the orphanage computer room, he had power. But unlike the heroes of those books, he was missing knowledge of the future. He was missing support from the author. he wasn't some protagonist all people he looked up to.

William AKA Godspeed did, however, make a difference by patrolling all the cities and killing or capturing tiger tier threat after tiger tier threat. He could no longer gain Experience by killing or capturing tiger tier threats, due to having a level 4 class and level 3 race. He hasn't found any Demon or above tier threats, except for the ones claiming to be one. He once ran into a criminal at tiger tier claiming to be a God-Tier threat. He even fought a walking talking massive sunflower-man, capturing him after witnessing that he was assaulting an old lady in front of a candy shop. He captured them both. Sending them each to the Tiger tier threat holding facility called Hades' Fridge.

The fact that after the initial bonuses from gaining and leveling a class or race the first time, he didn't get flat bonuses to individual stats anymore, he instead received 10 stat per level which were unspendable. He wanted to have time to cultivate, but he had none. He didn't know whether or not this was a good thing, or maybe he would get a bonus at intervals like in those novels he read. while continuing to move William thought 'status.'

He still moved at breakneck speeds but to him, everything was in slow motion again due to his high AGI. While he strode through each city looking at both the system and the city reaching each in 10-minute intervals.
