What anyone can do in any world is based on world laws, which is the tier of the world

Say If I was tier 1 and I entered a tier 5-10 world, I would be immediately turned to dust.

however, If I went to 1-10 worlds I'd just be extremely weak,

If I were to go into a tier 5 world as a Tier 7.5 I would be able to exert my will and bend them like the matrix, however, If I were a tier 10 soul and I entered a world at Tier 5 world I would literally grind it to dust by entering it without proper training in order to restrict myself.

case and point William's Birth mother,(who we will probably never see again) she went to a tier 1-3 world as a tier 40 BUT! she had enough training to seal her power away.

There is no maximum tier, But at 500 you transcend tiers. and are able to do whatever the hell you want anywhere @
