36 Distortion in the Force (2/2)
Kana blinked a few times, looked at the rest of her friends who's gazes were all locked on her. She let out a nervous giggle before walking on her toes right on over to Valad.
She came to a stop, just short of running him over as he was knelt down. Kana then dropped to her knees with her hands rested on her legs. She leaned forward slightly as he grasped her head, his ring finger tucked beneath each one of her prominent protruding ears.
Personally Valad admired her ears, while some may find a urge to make fun of them, they were something that identified her. Her hair was short, black and cut into that of a unkept pixie cut.
Within moments she felt the same euphoric feeling of warmth traveling and penetrating through her mind. Her eyes closed and she took in everything he had to offer. Thoughts, instructions. Though unlike the others she began to notice his little tailoring work, but he noticed she felt it.
Her dark doll-like black eyes, opened, narrowed on his face as they reflected the unnatural lighting of the bridge. A small smile forming over her dull thin moist lips.
That's when Valad felt something like a pinch, something soft and warm. His gaze moved from her eyes and down to her mouth. A tingling sensation traveled through his hand as he noticed she had bit down on his thumb. There was an audible crunch, but that was mainly due to the skin cushioning the bite and dispersing air captured within the bite.
Valad squinted, ”Thorough one... Aren't you?” His grin matched her smile which was growing a bit more. She couldn't help but giggle snort due to the euphoric feeling was going through her mind.
”Now release the thumb,” Valad stated as she immediately obeyed, allowing him to wipe her saliva on her lower lip and chin.
Kana would reach forward and grasp his cheek with two of her fingers, pinching his cheek and stretching it slightly. A sloshing sound came from his mouth when she began to move it back and forth.
Valad held an almost indifferent expression, trying not to laugh at her euphoric antics. He then glanced over at Fay who was staring down at him, before shaking her head and looking towards the others.
Just how was he going to do this to all the rest, how high was his constitution?
What was her role?
Within half an hour, all ten of the children had been completely indoctrinated in the same fashion as Ashoka and Kana, though it seemed like the boys didn't give that much of a weird reaction. That's probably a good thing, since Valad probably would have beaten Jocksan down if he had bit him.
As that was finished with, he watched as the kids were doing their own thing, but it seemed Ashoka remained next to him the entire time. He could sense she was happy, ecstatic, but there was something bothering her. He could feel it and even see it as she was fidgeting with her dark red pajamas.
”What's wrong?” Valad stated as he clearly saw that she was bothered.
Ashoka looked up at him, her upper lip overlapping the lower. Did she know how to tell him? That there was a group of baddies within the parameter ring that were planning on pulling a mutiny?
”Ah...Err...” Ashoka's mind seemed to spin out anxieties as they were written all over her face. She could feel her face and body heating up, nerves firing and making an uncomfortable tingling feeling.
Valad's eyes pierced right through her as she were hesitating. He however didn't rush her, he just waited, showing patience and compassion.
Ashoka slowly took a deep breath, calmed down and faced him confidently once more. ”There's some people who want to take the ship from you.”
Valad didn't seem at all surprised, he somewhat knew about the whole there not being all innocents on board. Many of the people had their criminal history given to them. So he could figure out who it was rather quickly.
”Casey was able to save me from them,” she pointed to the droid which was still standing there since the beginning.
Valad glanced over at it and raised a brow slightly. ”BX-C34CE, report.”
”Roger, Roger.” The droid stepped forward, giving a half-way salute to the man in front of it. ”Compartment D4 portrayed suspicious behavior when searching for Ashoka Tano in the corridor.” The droid informed him.
Valad sneered in disgust, ”Space'm.”
Everyone looked over towards the person who just gave the order to space would-be-mutineers. It was likely a bad idea, but no one had to know. Plus, if they had been ejected during hyperspace, no one would notice.
”...Don't forget to put'em in an escape pod.”
