If his presence here would really change the direction the galaxy would follow, what part did Anakin Skywalker have? Was he still the chosen one? Even now Valad overpowered the sixteen year old version of Anakin Skywalker in the future, a child who is only nine years old now.

Walking through the corridors of the vanity filled interior belonging to the Royal Palace, he paused as he was about to enter the throne room. He closed his eyes and listened through the force.

There were discrete whispers, full blown conversations. The entire palace was a place of gossip, even amongst the Security Officers and Advisory staff. Talk of a new person in the palace shook a few people.

This supposed person(Valad), had no known background other than being a native to the planet of Naboo and from an otherwise extinct house. Even though form what he remembered, there was no canon house known as Katsure, but he also knew the encyclopedia didn't cover the entire universe as the universe was not entirely covered by the books and movies, or even the games and comics.

While there would be a large fraction of things he would know, there would also be the things he didn't even come close to knowing. This included the background of Yoda which was recorded in the Holocron he had received earlier. Not only that but it held the secrets which allowed Palpatine to learn how to transfer his own essence into his clones.

A grin formed over his lips as he heard Panaka telling off one of the servants who was spreading rumors about one of the maidens(Padme) in particular had spent several hours alone with the unknown male.

Despite the fact that she had been spending time with him while he was unconscious, it seemed she didn't stop doing her work while she was there watching over him.

Was she worried about him, or did she already have some sort of feeling for him? Was it a friendzone? The corner of his lips twitched slightly at the thought of not being given affections by the first person he has actually met.

”Wait… Does this mean I have to call her, Your Highness, every time I address her?” He'd ask himself, scratching the back of his head. He definitely saw this as something annoying. Maybe he could wait two more years before getting romantically involved with her? Then he could get her away from the throne and away from Naboo.

No, part of his quest was to reestablish the Naboo Monarchy as Hereditary instead of a Constitutional elected Monarchy.

Using the force to give the doors a light shove, he'd come walking into the throne room with his hands folded behind his head. He had no weapons on his person, yet his attire wasn't something anyone else expected.

'Where did he get those clothes?' Was the question running through the minds of those who had seen him before, especially Padme and Panaka. Padme was just curious and Panaka was impressed by the attire. It was militant and looked like easy movement, something he could get into.

Reaching the center of the room, he knelt upon one knee before the throne which the Queen was seated upon. His right hand was held in a fist and held across his chest with the over side of his thumb towards his heart.

”Your humble servant… Reports for duty, Your Highness.” This sudden introduction of etiquette surprised the governor and even Panaka. However his voice wasn't disciplined, nor loud. He had the presence of an introvert that rather stand back and watch and only get involved when needed.

It was something rare for an introvert to want to be a bodyguard to someone. They were usually artists and librarians. They weren't someone outgoing nor often outspoken. Valad knew this, and yet he was trying to place himself in some form of light which would make heads turn towards him.
