Making a sight, Soo Hyuk scanned his surroundings.

‘This seems like the actual reward.’

In the corner, there were three treasure cases.

‘At least there is a reward…’

Soo Hyuk was disappointed yet curious as he walked towards the cases.

‘I wonder what’s in them.’

Soo Hyuk walked closer to the treasure cases with curiosity but paused shortly and then continued to walk again.

‘They’re pretty large.’

The reason Soo Hyuk paused was due to the size of the treasure cases. The three treasure cases looked normal in the distance, but as he approached them, Soo Hyuk realized that they were massive.

‘They’re as tall as I am.’

Soo Hyuk stood next to the cases and measured their height with his own.

‘They all have a slight difference.’

The treasure case furthest to the left was the smallest and increased in size towards the right.

But there wasn’t a huge difference. The smallest case’s height was around Soo Hyuk’s eyes, and the largest case was the same height as Soo Hyuk.

‘Do I need to choose one out of the three?’

Thinking which to pick, Soo Hyuk furrowed his eyebrows.

‘Yes, that may be possible. Then just in case…’

Soo Hyuk finished his thoughts and decided to pick the largest treasure case. Just in case he was only allowed to pick one, Soo Hyuk chose the largest one.

Soo Hyuk opened the case and frowned.

‘It seems empty…’

The lid opened, but Soo Hyuk could not see anything on the top. Since the case was the same height as Soo Hyuk, he couldn’t see the bottom of the case. There was a possibility there was something at the bottom, so Soo Hyuk tipped his toes and checked inside.

‘A scroll?’

There was only one scroll sitting on the bottom of the case.

‘Fuc….’

Just as Soo Hyuk was about to curse, the scroll suddenly disappeared.

Because the treasures before disappeared in the same fashion, Soo Hyuk twitched after seeing the scroll do the same. However, seeing the new entry in the drop window, Soo Hyuk let out a sigh of relief.

‘It might be that the scroll automatically got acquired when I stared at it.’

The drop window showed that the item was a map, and Soo Hyuk accepted it.

‘What kind of map is it to be sealed in such a large treasure case?’

‘And at least it seems that I can open the other cases too.’

Soo Hyuk was expecting a notification or the cases to disappear after he opened a case, but since nothing happened, it seemed he was free to open the rest.

The difficulty of deciphering depends on the rank of the item. What more is there to say about a legendary item?
