After an hour or two of running, the brothers finally stopped as their bodies fully absorbed the liquids medical properties

Song Shuhang who had just caught his breath started waving his arms around like an idiot before replying ”You're right, this is great! I thought you were crazy, we really can be immortals!”

”A hundred days of foundation building?” Shuhang replied

Arriving at an abandoned building with plenty of space, Yifeng demonstrated the 10 moves to Shuhang. First he demonstrated it fast three time before doing it again slowly, surprisingly Shuhang only needed to see it slowly the second time before he could copy his stances to a degree
”Remember Shuhang as you use practice each stance recite the formula I taught you and do as many moves as you could.” Yifeng said as he practiced his own technique

The two brothers practice shook the earth as if an earthquake was about to hit the area. The force of their punches could easily puncture steel and shatter boulders, the building around them suffered greatly from their bout as it seemed to be close to collapsing
”S*it Shuhang we gotta get outta here!” Yifeng shouted
Shuhang nodded as the two brothers ran outside quickly and turned back to watch the collapsing building

”Err let's pretend it had nothing to do with us.” Yifeng replied as he looked around for any people
After searching around he took a deep breath before finding a hill full of nature to sit on and taught Shuhang a cultivation technique to restore and build up qi

The next day the two brothers went to class like normal then went to their part time jobs to earn money to complete their 100 days of foundation establishing
Using their money, the brothers saved up slowly as they bought more and more ingredients for Body Tempering Liquid and consumed it as they practiced. Now their bodies are harder than steel and their blood essence is extremely powerful and even emit a domineering aura
