Before Mo Jun could utter a word further, the tapping of strong leather shoes on the floor was heard. Everyone turned to take a look and found Si Li was here with his men.
Si Li came and stood beside Mo Jiang before Mo Jiang turned towards his men. ”I have something to announce.”
”Last night, I came to the realization that we, as a team, aren't efficient to protect ourselves let alone, to protect each other. Thus, now I hereby declare Si Li and his men to be our partners. I hope you all will accept them and work as a single team. That's it for now, you can leave now.” With that, Mo Jiang announced his decision to his men and Mo Jiang as no way in hell would he take the help of Mo Jinnan, not even when death would stand in front of him.
Afterward, Mo Jiang and Si Li discussed the detailed plan for the upcoming mission and especially, how to protect themselves because, from the recent activities, it was evident that the people from the American Underworld seemed to be interested in the European Underworld.
That was why they had targeted the people from European Underworld just like the way the bunch of men targeted Mo Jiang's ship when an important consignment of his was about to be sent out. Moreover, many people from European Underworld were being killed lately and Mo Jiang would have died last night if Liu Juan wasn't there.
Thinking about her, it seemed that now the time had arrived when Mo Jiang had to keep his ego aside and go to find her.

After meeting Liu Ruolan, Liu Juan walked back to her home. Though the cab driver had decided to wait for Liu Juan and offered her to give a ride back to the city, it seemed that she didn't hear him and walked absentmindedly.
The thing which was running in her mind was Liu Ruolan's hatred for her which was very hard to digest that even after many months had passed, Liu Juan couldn't help but feel disappointed after raising her hopes all over again.
By the time Liu Juan reached her home, the sun had gone down for a long time and the dark night was all over the sky just like the darkness lingering in her life.
Liu Juan was so immersed in her deep sorrow that she forgot about her right leg and continued to walk for several hours till she reached the old building where she lived.
