• (New World) {Year: 17} •

”Portgas D. Ace should be leaving Foosha Village this year...” A handsome young man with bright green eyes said on his silver dinghy. He wore a white kimono, that had light blue snowflakes all over it, revealing his a bit of his sculpted upper top of his chest. On his right side of hip, he wore a durable katana he got from the system, attached to a white belt. He was preparing to go to Wano Country, he thought it'd be nice to stay in there for a while.

'System, is there a eye mask that would cover my eyes?' He asked, his bright green eyes was a dead give away to who he was. If he wanted to be left alone from the Beasts Pirates, he'd have to hide his eyes. After all, didn't he piss off one of the All Star?

'...What the f*ck is with 'eye fetish perverts'?!' He mentally shouted at his system. 'Whatever, let's check it out.'

He brought out the eye mask, and looked at it. It was just a white cloth with light blue snowflakes on it. 'No, wait, I can customize it.'

With a thought, he saw the white cloth morph into a cute eye mask for kids. It had flat white cat ears on top, with light blue color inside them. There was two smiling eyes closed on it.

”Hey!” Ryu shouted out loud, ”isn't this for kids?! And it changed differently from what I wanted!”

[Oh, whoops. Meant to say 'Changeable Eye Mask' that changes to two different looks, cutesy one and a cloth.]

”F*ck you!” He flamed his system. Deciding to use the white cloth with light blue snowflakes over on it, he tied it on his head. It fit his light blue snowflakes kimono, anyways. ”With this, they won't see my eyes. I'll pass as a blind person.”

Even if they would view him as a blind person, he wasn't. He still could see through the cloth, without his Observation Haki.

”Right, then.” He then led his dinghy, ”Time to go for Wano Country!”

• (Wano Country, in New World) {Year: 17.2} •

”Haha!” The 'blind' swordsman laughed as he forcefully rode the giant koi he found.

The unfortunate koi was crying out of misery, though. 'Why did the blind bastard choose me? You're the reason why I feel like there's a f*cking sword hanging on my neck!'

”Up, up, little fish!” He commanded the giant koi. 'Pfft! What little fish! It's a f*cking giant one, hehe~!'

If the giant koi had known that he was getting into commanding it, the koi would definitely wail, begging him to show mercy. It had its pride to other fishes!

...

A bit after the giant koi happily sent the bastard away from him...

”Whew~,” he heaved a breath. He got too into enjoying his personality he set for the Wano Country. His personality was supposed to be a blind man who had a pranking sadism personality. A man who would enjoy pranking people because he liked watching them cry in indignant. He probably would bring that along when he left the Wano Country...

”Anyways, it looks like I arrived in the Kuri.” He looked around. It didn't look like a wasteland because they haven't started building the weapon factories. Kuri looked beautiful he noted. It was a pity that it'd become a wasteland because of the Beasts Pirates. Muttering, he tried to decide, ”Should I just make them scram the f*ck away from the country...?”

”Hey!” A feminine voice was heard shouting. Turning to look at the voice's direction, Ryu saw a beautiful woman in a pink kimono. She looked like she was in early 20s. ”Who are you? I saw you riding that giant koi as if it was nothing but fun! You must be strong.”

He was surprised that the beautiful woman didn't feel anything from his Sword Aura. Normally, they'd at least feel like something fearful inside him. Getting into his set personality, he responded as he rubbed his chin. ”Yeah, that little fish was fun to ride. Though, it could've been more quicker...”

Twitching her lips, she nearly laughed. 'What little fish? It was a giant prideful koi! It'd probably die of depression if it heard him.'

”W-well, where did you come from and who are you?” She asked, trying to stop the laugher inside her. It'd be rude manners to laugh at the koi, though it was gone already.

”Ah, I'm a wandering swordsman. My name's...” He realized now that he didn't decide a name... Thinking of a name in an instant, he continued. ”Ichigo.”

'Gonna borrow your name, Ichigo from Blea*h.' He thought.

”Oh, Ichigo!” She repeated. ”My name's Rin.”

”I see.” He simply said. Forgetting he had his eyes covered.

”Huh? Do you really?” She jokingly said, pointing out that he was wearing a cloth over his eyes.

”...” Suddenly, Rin felt like the temperature around her went ice cold. Shivering, she saw that 'Ichigo' turned and looked directly at her head, as if he had eyes and looked at hers! Probably because he indeed did. Menacingly with a smile that didn't look like a happy one, he said, ”Wh~at?”

”I-I d-didn't m-mean to-”

”Pfft! Hahaha!” He interrupted her, laughing. ”What? You got scared?”

Realizing he had played around with her like the giant koi, she beautifully pouted. ”Hmph! I'm leaving you alone!”

She ran off to near forest, looking back once a while to see if he would chase her and apologize. She realized he wasn't even there anymore. She angrily stomped her feet, 'Am I not beautiful?! Why didn't he follow me to apologize!'

”Idiot~!” She shouted, not knowing 'Ichigo' was above her on a tree's branch. 'Ichigo' had intended to follow her, because seeing her mannerism, he knew she was a descendant or disciple of someone important. But she had suddenly shouted, confusing him until he realized what she had expected.

But that only confused him even more, why did she expect me to do that?

[...] The system wanted to facepalm, its host had completely forgotten that the cloth only covered his eyes, but not his devilishly handsome features. Not like he knew he had devilishly handsome features, thinking it was at least above average...

...

Later that day, with Rin...

'Hmph hmph!' Rin hmph'ed for the fourth time ever since Ichigo left her alone. She was in her family's mansion, sitting in her room. She was the eldest young miss of a high-class family. But there was other families that had been trying to pressuring her family into supporting Kumozumi Orochi. Her family refused because he collaborated with Kaizo to take over Wano Country, and betraying Kozuki Oden.

Rin also herself didn't want to support him either, it was also because Orochi wanted her to be a mistress of his. She hadn't fell in love with anyone. She felt like the men around her were boring... until she saw him, Ichigo.

She saw him enjoying playing around the giant koi, like a prankster. She wanted to be like him, free and fun. When Rin approached him, she noticed that he was handsome, even with a cloth covering his eyes, causing her to assume he was a blind man. Wearing a fitting kimono to the cloth covering his eyes, he looked like he had a lean muscular body.

She felt her heart beat go faster when he smiled roguishly, he looked so free. While she was chained, restrained by her mannerisms she learned as child. As she talked to him, it was like she was freed, like she was being true to herself.

'Is this love?' Rin thought, going red in face like she would drip blood out. She cupped her face with her hands and rolled on her bed causing the maid standing guard outside to think, 'Ah, is she bored today too?'

Back to Ichigo (Ryu)...

”Hmm, seems like Rin is from a high-class family.” Ichigo noted. ”Well, time to find a place to settle around here.”

Walking into the Okobore Town, where Rin went to, he saw there were a lot more citizens since Kuri hadn't become a wasteland. There was a lot of residents from other poor towns in Kuri gathered in this town. It was bustling because of Rin's family.

The family had provided money to help support the town they escaped to, to avoid the pressuring. They would've been surrounded and wiped them out if they had stayed in Bakura Town any longer. Ichigo understood why he didn't know of her family or her, because they were wiped out eventually.

He decided right there and then. He'd definitely make sure Wano Country changes. He couldn't just watch them be wiped out when he was going to stay in Wano Country, could he? Ichigo was going to help in his way.

Looking for a place to rent to stay in, he asked a passing-by person, who happened to be a woman. ”Excuse me, do you know where I can rent a place to sleep in, like an inn?”

The passerby stared at him for awhile. Then he waved his hand in front of her face, snapping her out of daze. She blushed when she realized she had stared at him. ”A-ah, yes. There's an inn over there, which happens to be where I work at.”

”Oh, then I guess we're going the same way then.” He stated as he started to walk beside her. ”Right, I'd like some information on what's happening around the Wano Country, do you mind?”

”No, I don't mind.” She replied quickly. Looking at his handsome face, even though his eyes were covered, she didn't mind it. 'As long I get to stare at you longer.'

'Woman, you're making me think there's something on my face aside from the eye mask!' Ichigo thought.

• (An inn in Okotobe Town, in Wano Country) {Year: 17.3} •

”It's time for me to leave, innkeeper.” Ichigo told the innkeeper. He had stayed in the inn, gathering information as much as possible. He got a lot of them from the residents around.

”Ah? That's too bad. I thought you'd start living in Okotobe.” The innkeeper told. He then added, ”come visit again when you're around, alright!”

”See you, Ichigo!” The woman who led him to the inn back then, shouted.

Walking to the exit, he waved his hand to him. ”Yeah.”

...

In Rin's room...

”Young miss!” The maid shouted as she barged in. ”The man you told us to watch, he left the inn, it looks like he's leaving the town!”

”Oh, then let's go meet him again!” Rin decided. Thinking, she hmph'ed. 'Hmph, try and run away from this young miss!'

The maid, 'I'm glad she found someone!'

...

Later that day...

”Ichigo!” Rin shouted from behind, with the maid chasing her.

”...” Turning around, Ichigo 'looked' at her. ”Yeah?”

”Hmph! You thought you would leave here without apologizing to me!” She boldly said as she blocked him.

'Woman, I nearly forgot about you.' He mentally retorted.

”I'm still leaving.” He said as he turned and walked away.

”...Hey! Don't leave without apologizing!” Rin ran to him and nearly fell. As she almost fell down, Ichigo stopped and appeared before holding her up. She blushed at the almost skin contact, 'So close!'

”Be careful, otherwise you'll dirty yourself.” He warned. Letting her go, he saw that she had a disappointed face for a second before it changed. ”Anyways, it's not like you won't meet me again in future.”

”Huh?” Rin looked up only to see him already far away. She then blushingly yelled, ”What do you mean we'll meet again in future?! Who wants to meet you again!”
