2 C2: A gift or a bug? - At last! One Piece, here I come! (2/2)

Ryu started to feel tired, his conscious starting to sleep as he feels a strange strong tugging on his soul.

•(Above Loguetown)•

A transparent white firey ball-like appears above the Loguetown to no one's awareness.

*Ding*

Ryu starts to awaken after hearing the ding.

[Host, you are currently above the Loguetown, do not worry about others seeing you as I have made you invisible at the moment.]

Looking around, he sees the Loguetown from above-view, 'Wow, I really am in One Piece..' Tears starts to form at the rims of his eyes.

[Host-]

'Shut it! I'm crying because I'm happy that I got to enjoy my life in One Piece okay!', Ryu starts to shout at the system, thinking that it was looking down on him.

[No, host, I was trying to ask you if you have any plans on going in Loguetown, to watch the execution or stop it?]

'Huh?'

[...?]

'What do you mean stop it? I'm freaking weak right now, aren't I?', confused.

[Yes, you are currently weak. However, that's because you did not use the system to give yourself boosts/powers/abilities, yet.]

'Oh.', said Ryu, 'well, it'd be interesting to see what would happen in the future if I were to stop it... However, I don't think I should do it. Otherwise, it wouldn't start off the 'Era of Pirates', right? I'll stick to watching it above.'

[Alright, host.]

Looking down, he sees a lot of people in Loguetown. Pirates in disguise, marines, normal citizens, they're all there. In middle of the town, the execution stand is there, where Gol D. Roger will make his final words. Ryu starts to get excited and impatient to see the start of the era.

'Ohh! They're bringing Gol D. Roger!', he sees him being walked by the Marines to the stand.

”King of Pirates! You're finally going to die!”, ”Where's your treasure?! Tell us!”, ”Cursed blood, let it end with you!”, the crowd starts to yell at Roger, as he kneels at the execution stand.

Gol D. Roger grins at them, ”You want my treasure? You can have it! I left everything I gathered together in one place. Now you'll just have to find it!” Both two executioners stabs their swords into him as he said his final words.

The crowd went silent for a while. Then the crowd starts to get rowdy, some cheerful, some fearful, many different emotions goes throughout Loguetown, the place where Gol D. Roger died and started the 'Era of Pirates'.
