65 Complications (1/2)
Seb's body was totally shriveled and broken without any solid nutrition since her IV was taken off.
The nurse prepared light meals and fed her.
Again, when she asked about Iven a while later, she received a positive answer.
When it was almost late, the nurse instructed her about the medications needed to take (which Seb barely cared to remember) and left. She knew Iven was nearby as she casually let herself loose enough with her weak self. She was hoping for him to show himself as it was clear that he was putting it all up. He was faking to avoid her for some reason, because when she had cleared up her mind, she recalled what took place at the basement that doom of a day.
Anything else, but Seb's memory is sharper than any one else going back to the longest way and holding more than capacity. Even the faintest occurrence will be stuck in her brain.
When Iven had finally found her and carried her as she had collapsed. Still with her sight and sense of power gone, she had heard that distant faint voice coming from him. It was misty but obvious enough for her. Only she had no ability to reply.
All those regrets and apology of him being sorry to her.
Confessing that he is the one at fault.
All those sobbing and sniffing around…...everything!
Seb was busy thinking as she tried to reach over to lay down her plastered so that she could lie down, Iven made his way in. She didn't notice as the door was left open and showed no reaction. She only flinched when a pair of hand reached over and started loosening the tie around her leg. Seb looked up and faced Iven's cold face. He laid down her leg carefully and said,” Call up when you need something, don't make any move yourself”.
”Whom should I call?”, Seb was back in to sarcasm since Iven made no recent conversation, not even stayed in the room.
Iven, however didn't entertain them anymore, ”Your hands are well enough to use the phone”
Seb glared shortly and rolled her eyes at him.
Now he's being impossible!!!
Seb knew that overreacting won't help. She leaned back and looked at Iven with curious eyes. She knows him, and this might spoil the little chance of a normal conversation with him. If he's giving the cold shoulders, he should be treated the same.
”Belle?”, he called.
Seb only blinked as a reply.
