7 Taken into Lucifer (1/2)
Seb had gone in to get her groceries after the weird encounter .
But she had to come out eventually because she completely forgot the reason for which she came out in the first place. Her wallet. She remembered when the counter lady gave her a startling look.
Seb forgot that how crappy her mood was until the incident. She should have been more annoyed because it took away double of her time. But she seemed amusingly relaxed. She herself found no particular reason.
Finally when she had finished her shopping, she hung the bag to her bike handle and resumed her way home.
This time, she cycled very lazily and in a calm manner. She didn't care how busy she was until a while ago. Though she wasn't trying to be careful due to lesson she learned, still she pedaled without a care in the world.
The reason was little obvious. She still had that guy running around inside her mind. The guy whom she named Lucifer, straight out from a web-toon. She had never seen that guy around the neighborhood, who was he? And what was he doing there? All this thought was eating up her mind along with the strong wish to meet him again. He seemed very interesting.
It was already 8:35 pm. More 15 minutes will take to reach home at least. Cooking and cleaning up will take up a hell lot of time. And then there's all the editing and sketches, Seb calculated.
But then again, nothing goes according to what Seb ever thinks. One way or the other, she has to enter in to trouble or trouble will search her out. Her fate always bends on the odd side. This time, may be her wishes were too strong that it reached up to the Gods directly.
Her journey was interrupted when she took a turn at RoqueBerry Avenue. It was only for seconds but Seb was 120% sure of what she has seen. And that couldn't have escaped her attention anyhow.
It was him!! Her Lucifer, the live character!!!
In a fraction of second, he came into her sight, accompanied by another man.
In the case of any sane person, the thought would be,” Why do I care?”
But it's Seb. In her case, she would think the most craziest thing and will act on even more psychotic thing. So it happened the same way this time too.
”What is he doing out there?...In that dark lane?”, was Seb's first thought. Her conscience said that she should ignore, but her habits were to strangely interfere in other's business, if the person had her interests.
This time too, she was dying with curiosity to look into the matter.
She cycled a bit further, and parked her bike at a safer distance. Then she walked towards the Avenue.
Lucifer and the strange man were half a meter inside of that darkened lane. Seb stood beside the wall, careful to cover her presence from them but wise enough to place an ear and peek at times.
Their actions seemed rather suspicious to her. Then their words started reaching her clearly because it was dead silent around.
”Mr. Keats, just because the quantity is less, doesn't mean the cost will be too,” Lucifer was saying in his usual deep voice.
”We have been in business for 2 years now, I demand a discount!”, the addressed Mr. Keats retorted.
- There are no discounts in this business Mr. Keats. You should know that.
-Listen Kid!!! You are just a novice in this line. Don't try to outrun me!!!

Seb chuckled to herself as she listened on. He is Lucifer indeed!! He knows how to take out his work, the man straight went down from threatening to requesting. And Lucifer is in his usual stingy manner.
