21 Chapter 21 Infiltration (1/2)
Varen and Felicia went through the door only to go into a room with an elevator. They went into the elevator and stained at the rows of buttons.
Varen: ”Morgana scan the buttons and tell me what floor they went to. The recently pressed button should be it.”
{On it....Bottom right button.}
Varen pressed it only to be greeted by yet another passcode. Man...Fisk really does not want anyone to get in here.
Varen: ”Work your magic Morgana.”
{ Haha already on it Varen...The code is 8257415}
Varen typed in the code and the elevator started to move down.
Felicia: ”Who is Morgana?”
Varen: ”That's a weird question to answer. You see she is my A.I but yet she is so much more than just an A.I. I guess you can say she is one step short from being human but one step ahead from being just code.”
Felicia: ”And you made her?”
Varen: ”Yeah”
Felicia: ”Wow, I know you were smart but that is a whole other level.”
Varen: ”I have been thinking about making Morgana a body. But that is something for the future, I dont have the proper resources at the moment.”
Felicia: ”Whoa, that would be awsome. I would love to meet her.”
{Really Varen?! Your going to make me a body?}
Varen: ”Haha yep.”
{YAY!!! IM SO HAPPY!!!}
Felicia: ”What?”
Varen: ”Huh, oh sorry. I was talking to Morgana. I know that she would love to meet you too.”
The elevator came to a stop. As it was opening Varen grabbed Felicias hand and used his invisibility again. When the door opened Varen was at a loss on what to say. What stood before them was a giant underground lab. There were separate rooms that looked to be test firing high tech weaponry, another room that had robotic suits, and another one that looked to be an assembly room.
Varen realized that this was only the top floor of the lab because ahead of them was a giant circular opening displaying the bottom floor. Varen went up to the guard rail and looked down to see what they were doing. He saw Fisk following who he can only assume is his assistant into a room.
That must be where Felicias dad is being held. Varen looked at all of the futuristic weapons and frowned. Why are all of these weapons here, they are not supposed to show up until after the attack on New York. Varen realized that this is some sort of affect to the timeline again. I can't allow these to be shipped out, if bad people get their hands on these they can cause some serious damage.
Varen: ”Felica, it seems that their is something else we have to do on our agenda on top of saving your dad.”
Felicia: ”And what is that?”
Varen: ”Destroying these weapons. We can not allow all of these weapons to be distributed outside.”
Felicia: ”And how are we suppose to stop that?”
Varen smiled wryly and went into his utility belt. He then pulled out a few WingDings and showed them to Felicia.
Varen: ”With these of course. These are implanted with high explosive bombs, one of these are able to bust through a military tank. I'm going to give you some of these so that you can plant them where they will do the most damage to this lab, enough to make it explode. While you are doing that I will be saving your father. We will then meet at the elevator and detonate m the lab once we reach the helicopter.Sound like a plan?”
Felicia was quiet for a moment the nodded her head on agreement.
Felica: ”Got it...please save my dad.”
Varen: ”I promise. All you have to do is plant these at the weak points. Here take this so we can communicate.”
Varen gave Felicia an earpiece and showed up a holographic image of the floor level that displayed the weak points. Felicia quickly memorized.
Varen: ”You think you can do it without getting caught? You won't be invisible anymore.”
Felicia snatched the WingDings and gave a short.
