27 Battling Van (1/2)
William looked at his classmate in front of him.
”William, you don't need to stop me, we will naturally leave after we accomplish my objectives, we will not hurt any students of the academy” Van said to William.
William felt complicated, he was sure that they wouldn't hurt any students, after all in the past his sister said to him that after this incident there's no students that's injured.
William looked at the purple orb beside Van. He just need to destroy it the source of the barrier to complete his quest.
”I don't care about your objective” William said before he stopped.
William pointed at the purple orb and said, ”I only need that”
”This orb still has it's use” Van said and looked at the orb.
”I know with your power you can't cast a barrier, that's why you borrowed the power of an artifact” William said.
”Oh? It seems you know something” Van said.
William knew that if a person could cast a barrier on his/her own, that person was atleast a Monarch level. A monarch was very powerfull that could destroy this city in an instant, so why would a person who was at Monarch level need to wait for the Dean to leave the academy.
It only means that the person who cast the barrier in the academy was not a Monarch, he just borrowed the power from an artifact.
”It's seems my only choice is to use force” William said. After all, an artifact was very valuable to mortal.
”Let's try” Van said as he smile widely.
Both Van and William disappeared at their position. Both of them clashed at each other creating a huge gust of winds.

In a few seconds, both of them exchange hundred blows.
CLOUD STEP!!
William used his skill Cloud step. His speed increased once more.
'Oh? he got faster' Van was startled but immediately regain his posture. He circulated his mana in his body.
Van appeared behind William and launched a powerful kick that was full of mana.
'So fast' William thought.
William turned around as he sense Van was behind him, only to face a powerful kick.
Boom!!
William flew a few meters away before he roll in the ground.
Van leap high in the air. He flew down beside William and once again kick him.
”Ahhh” William coughed a mouthful of blood.
He slowly stood up and checked his stats points.
Stat Points: 8
He still have 8 stat points left. He allocated 5 stat points to Agility and 3 to Strength.
He tapped his toes in the ground.
Van observe him, he sense that this wasn't Williams full strength. Then, he saw William vanished from his position. He was startled but then he felt pain in his stomach and notice that William punch him.
Van flew away before he managed to stabilized himself.
”Hahahaha, William this is enjoyable” Van laughed loudly and said to William.
”I didn't think I would meet anyone at my age who could fight me on equal grounds” Van said to William as he smiled.
”Hahaha, entertain me more William” Van said before he dashed at William.
William breathe deeply before he simultaneously cast ten fireballs. The fireball was floating around him. He then pointed at Van and the fireball flew out straight to Van.
”Ahaha” Van kept laughing while he dodge the fireball.
He then pulled back his fist. A strong magical power gathered at his fist.
William felt the strong power from Van's fist.
