15 Van (1/2)

William opened his eye's wide as he looked at Alice. He stood up and held her shoulder with one hand while his other hand was trying to feel if she has a necklace.

”What are you doing? You're hurting me!!” Alice shouted.

William snapped out of his thought when he heard her voice.

”Ah!! Sorry, I've mistaken you for someone” William apologized.

Alice looked at him strangely.

William left the infirmary as Alice need to rest.He entered the classroom and he noticed that all of his classmate was looking at him with different emotion.

A mana sense swept out trying to scan William's body.

'This..'

William was startled for a moment but he didn't let it see on his face. He let the mana sense scanned his body. William slowly walked to his seat while the mana sense continued to scan his body. When the mana sense pulled out he let a strand of his mana to follow the foreign mana.

'Naive!!' William snorted in his mind as ge sat down on his seat. William's strand of mana reached the origin of the foreign mana and he was shocked by what he found.

'What?!'

The owner of the foreign mana that scanned his body is one of his classmates. He took a glance at the other side of the class and saw a man with brown spiky hair, have a sharp eye's, tanned skin, and have many piercing in his ear's.

He was also sitting in the back of the classroom but his seat was on the right side, his name is Van.

William's mana sense entered Van's body. When his mana entered Van's body an unknown force disintegrated his mana, but in that small amount of time William managed to scanned his Van's body.

Van was a level 48 expert, he was quite shocked by Van's level. A level 42 on first year, the geniuses in the academy was nothing compared to him. Even her sister Claire was a level 42 but she was a second year, but this Van was a level 48 in his first year.

William was startled a little in this small city there's still a genius that could reach this level in a short amount of time. But this kind of level was not enough if he compared him to those geniuses he met in the past. There are many people in those place who was level 50 at the age of ten and attain legendary status at the age of twenty.

Legendary is a realm beyond mortal level. Mortal level was the level of every people here in this small city. Even the dean and city lord who was at level 98 and 95 respectively, they were still a mortal. The mortal level limit is level 99 if a person manage to pass by level 99 and undergo an evolution, the person would promote to legendary level.

Only a few people managed to attained legendary level in the this world. But when the dimensional barrier that covering the world shattered the mana density of the world will rise up and many people will attained the legendary and the higher level.

'Could he be from the other world?'
