Since It was his sister who was asking for it: ”Big sis, your control over Hell flame was really good. even the slash you landed on the boar's head was deeper than Agni's.”

Listening to their young master..... doubts roused in Molly's and Rose's minds, {how did young master..... observed more clearly than me? Maybe, he is putting an act to praise lady Maya. Yes, this should be it.}

Hearing Sam's praise, Maya was elated.

Agni also overheard it and was surprised a little bit, {this brother of Maya's really guessed well. Before Lan-Ju could finish her coy talk, Maya knocked he head hard. Then She angrily looked at Lan-Ju: ”didn't I tell you, my Brothers off-limit.”

Feeling a new bulge on her head, Lan-Ju piteously looked: ”Sorry Maya, your brothers just too handsome so I couldn't hold back myself from teasing him.”

Maya Snorted: ”Hmph...yes, he is handsome. So this time I forgive you. but next time I won't!”

Everyone smiled. But Only Sam smiled wryly.

The trip continued...

The group slowly travelled deep into the forest. Several beasts attacked them on their way. And each time, to show-off in front of Maya, Owen attacked the beast first. And as expected, the results were the same: Each time he was kicked out first.

This 6.5 feet brute's skin was really thick. Every time he was kicked out, Owen would return safely without any harm.

The reason that Owen attacks first every time, from behind the beast was, he wanted to launch a surprise attack and kill the creature in one-go.

Sam thought, {If Lan-Ju spiritual-attacked the beast first...it would be really possible for Owen to take out the beast in one attack. But why is she not doing it...maybe she is taking her anger out on Owen...But why?....!!.... interesting.”}

{Owen...*sigh* you really are an idiotic fellow. Because of your idiocy, Lan-Ju's suffering.}

The group reached the destination. They all stood above a grotto.

It was already night time. The sky was very dark, and the Moon seems to be hidden behind the clouds.

”Finally reached the grotto.” Agni sighed in relief: ”and finally now we can take some rest.”

Two and a half day of walking and continues fighting made Agni really exhausted. Not only her, but even Flynn, Maya, Lan-Ju and the thick-skinned fellow were also tired.

It was already decided that the group would take a good rest tonight and entered the grotto tomorrow.

Why they want to enter grotto?

Because the injured four-star fire beast which Maya needed was hiding in this grotto!

Since everyone needed rest, Flynn opened his mouth: ”Maya take out the tents we need to take rest.”

Flynn continued: ”as for the night watch, Owen and I will take turns doing it.”

Maya nodded. She took out the tents from her space-ring. This space-ring was gifted to her by Blaze.

ExcludingSam, everyone envied Maya for having a space ring.Because space rings were a rare commodity in the Mortal Plane.

A space-ring have separate-space within it so it could store non-leaving objects. And the area within the space-ring depends on the quality of the ring.

Eight tents for eight people were arranged circularly.

In the middle of the night, Within Sam's tent, which was paced just in between Maya's and Molly's tent.

Sam leisurely laid down. He wasn't sleeping; his eyes were still open.

”Flynn, Owen and Lan-Ju aren't in this area... Maya, Agni, Molly and Rose are sleeping within their tents.” Sam Surveyed his surroundings using Mana-eyes.

Even though he was mana-gazing from within the tent. The tent cloth didn't seem to be a hindrance to him, as he could see the outside clearly.

Then Sam's gaze stopped on a large tree. Which was Just beside their tenting. On the large branches of this tree, there were two people, dressed in black. One was sitting while other was standing on the same branch. The later was taking the support of the trunk.

The sitting one was the woman who always guarded Maya, from behind the shadows. And the other was a man who always guarded Sam, from behind the shadows. Because both these were dressed entirely in black, just like ninjas, their features weren't distinct.

Looking at them, Sam thought: Dizzy, how should I fool these esteemed eyes?

Dizzy: Host should make use of sub-arts.

Sam smiled: Ok. Then how many sub-arts could I use?

Dizzy: Host could only use four sub-arts until Host builds Surpassers-way second stage.

Sam wryly smiled. He didn't even know how he created Surpassers-way, then how can he think of building the second-stage to Surpassers-way?

Dizzy: Host should be careful choosing the sub-art. Once selected, the art would become a permanent part of Surpassers-way.

Sam nodded. Then he carefully pondered.

After thinking for a while, Sam said: Dizzy, add Suprent-Locus-arts.

Dizzy: reconfirmation, Host, want to add Suprent-Locus-arts to Sub arts section?

Suprent-Locus-arts were Sam's main-arts during his Death-King's life. This art was a space-arts which contained better concealment skill. So Sam decided to make this art his sub-art.

Sam confirmed:Yes.

Just as Dizzy initiated the process, Sam felt, a strange energy running through his body.

The strange sensation turned into itching, and Sam just wanted to scratch all over his body.

The itching sensation intensified.

With each 10% increase, the itching sensation multiplied. Even if the itching sensation multiplied a thousand times, Sam wouldn't care. But the itching sensation which he felt from his little brother made him very uncomfortable.

Now he could only laugh bitterly, {getting numb to pain was a very regretful thing for me..... I swear I prefer thousand-time painful sensation over this itching sensation}
