26 Ancient Prophecy (2/2)
”Ikki, get in the water, hurry!”
”Aren't you shy if I looking at your naked body?”
”Um, if Ikki the one who see I don't mind, besides Ikki already see my body before”
Huh? She knows me peeping her?
”How do you know?”
”Um, the chirping bird sound was suddenly gone and village people didn't use this pond except me so that must be you Ikki, who come to this pond”
”Ah, but you also see my body this morning, don't you?”
She nodded and laughs sheepishly.
”So we have nothing to hide, right? C'mon Ikki don't just stand there”
She suddenly stands up from the pond and pulls my hand. Because I'm standing in a slippery bank her pull to make me fall upon her body and sink into ponds together. When we raise from the pond, we laugh together and start to splashing water to each other until our heart content. Feel tired from playing water with her, I sit on the bottom pond and lean my body on the pond edge. Silvie that see me taking rest approaching me and sit on lap then lean her head in my shoulder.
”Ikki, do you mind?”
”No, not at all”
I wrap my hand to hug her back and my other hand hugs her slim waist. We stay in that position for some time before Silvie start speaking again
”Ikki, if I say, something makes you live in this world, do you angry?”
”I don't know, why you ask that?”
”Because I think our God, mother earth Gaia, want you to stay here”
”How?”
”She has the power to control earth, the earth moves maybe also her doing”
I'm stunned hearing her words, yes, what she said makes sense. For someone with abilities to control the earth freely, make shape-shifting over a hill or a cave isn't a hard thing to do. For a moment I'm speechless and try to understand this surprising news.
”Ikki, are you sad? Or are you angry?” Silvie ask me with an attentive tone
”No, I'm not sad or angry, just a bit surprised. I think it would better if she come to me and ask me directly, but maybe she busy taking care of many things”
”Oh yeah, maybe she is” she chuckled when hearing what I said
”Or, maybe I should thanks to her, because of her I can meet a beautiful girl like you”
I'm ended my speaking by lowering my face and give her a kiss. Silvie not resists my kiss and reply it passionately. We kissing for some minutes before we let go of each other lips.
”Oh yeah, I still don't know why I'm here and what should do”
”Maybe….” Silvie a bit hesitate to continue
”Yes?”
”Umm, there's an ancient prophecy that said, from the fallen empire will rise a hero, the chosen one, that bring peace and unity to the entire continent”
I'm dumbfounded hearing that. Me? A hero? Please, God, I'm not an expert for fight or magic, all I can do is cooking, do you expect me to unite the continent? You must be joking.
