Well to be exact, Lewis gives 4 options to his clients which 1st option: his clients will give 1M per 1-month installment good for 10 months terms, 2nd option: his clients will give 2M per 1-month installment good for 5 months, 3rd option: his clients will give 50% down payment of the estimated cost and last option, his clients will give 10M down payment and will be refundable after the billing of the final statement of account, so Rei choose the last option without knowing that each option can be determined how much discount they will get.
After successfully transferring the money, Rei said to Lewis ”Mr. Lewis, I'm already done transferring the outstanding balance, and thank you for everything.”
