Chapter 667 - Vol 8: Ch 667 – The New Love of Lian 11 (1/2)

On the same day as Lian drop his love letter at Woona's locker and just out of sight in the area, Woona just got thereafter finishing the club activity [cooking club] and now opening her locker that almost got speechless since she only received one love letter as for why it's just a coincidence. Just as she retrieves the love letter, her co-club members are peeking her lockers.

”Eh, you didn't receive one for today?”​​

”…. [Almost got speechless but without knowing why she didn't tell the truth and make excuses] I guess not”

”He, he, he so it means they already give up after all you never accept the confessions from either one of your secret admirers”

Woona changing the topic right away and remind everyone ”you don't need to prepare anything for me tomorrow since I already invite all of you to my 18th Birthday, okay?”

”Yes”

”Good.....” Woona got stop by someone and that someone is Julian.

”Sis Woona, why are you debuting at the age of 18th instead of 16th?”

”Well aside from our family traditions, I also want it thought I don't know why”

”...…..” Everyone including Julian got speechless.

”Alright let's leave now”

Then Woona and her co-club cooking members separate in their own way while at the same time, Woona puts the love letter she retrieved from the locker in her bag. On the way, she didn't read the letter since her butler and chauffeur is with her so she is just going to read the letter when she arrives in her own room but unfortunately, she got called by her parents for tomorrow's celebrations right after she changes her uniform so the letter is still on her bag.

On the next day at the class, Lian is quite weird for today and that's because he already guessing that Woona already reading his love letter without knowing that Woona is not yet aware that it's from her.

At the end of the class, Lian got out first to go to the meeting place.

”Woona / Na” is Called by Aira and Aiden.

”Yes, Aira and Aiden?”

”Here and Happy Birthday”

”Geez, you can give me these at the party, you know”

”Right, right but knowing how popular you are then I guess we won't have time to give so it's better to give you this early than not accepting it on your very own birthday.”

Woona didn't hear Aira while Aiden notices it and ask her right away ”what's wrong Na?”

”…. Nothing”

”I see” Aiden just agreed and didn't ask anything but he already guesses what's wrong since Woona just now is looking at where Lian got out.

”Woona, I'm going first since I need to prepare myself and Aiden you must not fall in love with me after seeing my beautiful appearance, okay?”

”I won't and don't be paranoid because Na is the main star of the party”

”Ha, ha, ha, of course, I know and bye” then leave right away.

Aiden called Woona's attentions and hesitate to ask or not ”Na?”

”Yes?”

But still dared to ask this one to her, ”So it means, you didn't invite Lian, right?”

”Huh?”

”Nothing and I'm also going ahead”

”Okay”

After Aiden out of sight, Woona wondering and mumbles, ”Geez, I thought I'm going to be alright by ignoring and avoiding him but why I'm not alright at all?”

”Miss Wong, Miss Wong” her classmates called her attention since she's in a daze.

Woona returns back and replied ”eh, yes?”

”Your phone is ringing non-stop”

”Ah, I see”

The party will start and commence at exactly 6 pm and end at 11:59 but Woona still didn't read the letter. All her group of friends, co-club members from both cooking club and taekwondo are invited and some of her classmates but some of her classmates including Lian are not included since they are not her close friends and as for Lian, she avoids talking to him but then from deep inside of her heart she wants to invite him and only doesn't know how to invite him. Well, she also needs to control her heart before she got hurts so instead of listening to her heart, she just listening to her mind only and the best thing to do for her is to ignore and avoid talking to him so that it will just pass by and that she will forget it someday.

Just after all the guests arrived at their house and seating in their assigned seats, the party officially commences and almost around 8 pm, Lian's sister is talking to the birthday girl since she notices her brother is not around.

Lian didn't say anything to his younger's siblings about how he feels towards Woona but Sophie notices it all because being a secret admirer for how many years, she somehow realizes who's her elder brother has been interested in since one day, Lian indirectly asks her about Woona.

”Sophie”

”Eh, is there's something with my homework Bro Lian?”

”No, not that one and I just want you to ask something and that's about if ever I got rejected by someone I love, so can you tell me everything about your Senior then?”

”Eh, you mean Senior Wong?”
