Friday morning at exactly 9 am, both sides are now seating with each side which Miru seating at the claimant sides while Long's couple is seating at the defendant sides. All the juries are now discussing the proceedings of their hearings and later the prosecutor summarizes it all then later on hereby declared the final decision.
”I, Prosecutor Lin of the Family Court of S Capital City Branch, S Country now summarized all the hearings proceedings from Day 1 to Day 12. Mr. Han Miru, the claimant who claimed to have full custody of his nephew Yu, the only son of his Sister Han Yuna who passed away after giving birth to her only Son, Yu. Mr. Han Miru has submitted the necessary doc.u.ments and legal papers that we ask from him, indeed Mr. Han Miru is the youngest brother of Han Yuna since they are indeed biologically related as siblings. Since Han Yuna is already not around, we conduct a DNA Test between Han Miru and Yu, in order to avoid schemes from both sides, we assigned someone to get a blood sample from Han Miru and Yu, and then we did submit it personally to the hospital for the DNA Test which resulted that both Han Miru and Yu are related with each other. On the other hand, Mr. and Mrs. Long the defender happened to accused that Mr. Han Miru is a kidnapper of their adopted child Yu when he is still a young one and after this manner, we investigated this matter and then we know which sides are telling the truth and it's Mr. Han Miru. As the hearing goes on, we got hold of enough evidence and so I, Prosecutor Lin hereby declared that Mr. Han Miru will have the right of custody fully on the child Yu”
”What?”
”Yes Mrs. Long and that's we decide”
”But this kid is still young and not just young but an orphan who stabs his own nephew”
”Mrs. Long you didn't tell anything about that matter when we still on our hearing proceedings but then it doesn't mean that we the juries here don't know anything because Mr. Han Miru here are telling everything from the day he files the custody rights. He did stab his nephew when he was still 8 years old just to recognize the kid right away, we the juries investigated it, and then we have concluded two reasons why he did that one, first his only family member, his Sister just gone, and second, he is still too young to fight the custody of Yu. As for being an orphan, he really is but then he goes for a scholarship and a Graduate Top Student of S Elite Academy.”
”S----- S Elite Academy, h---- he must be faking his records, right?”
”No Mr. Long because aside from his doc.u.ments that submitted to us, we also authenticated it personally to the assigned agency and so Mr. Han Miru is a Graduate Top Student of S Elite Academy.”
”Then I accept that one but he is still young and unemployed, so he can't support Yu financially”.
”We did confirm that Mr. Han Miru is 16 years old but it doesn't mean that his unemployed because he is an official one of CA Family and a Head Manager of CA International and Group Company, the CEO itself confirmed that Mr. Han Miru is a fully employed of his Company as the Head Manager.”
”W ----- What?” Both the Long's got surprised and dumbfounded.
”And now we may call the kid, Yu to be here in order to hear him of where he's going to stay between the claimant and defendant”
”Yes Prosecutor”
A few minutes later, the assigned personnel fetch the kid – Yu while Yuri seating beside her parents and then Yu seated in between the juries and prosecutor.
”Now we ask you something about the kid, is that alright with you?”
”Uh-uh”
”First, are you aware that this man here is your Uncle?”
”Eh, really, he is my Uncle and, how are you sure with that Sir?”
