292 Vol 4 : Ch 292 - Lu Wen and Hwang Lina Story 2 (1/2)

Cindy already decided that she will let him know how much she love him after her training and if he still love his ex-wife then she will surrender or give up right away and disappear from his sight as if she didn't exist and then transfer to another station so that she won't mess up his life. Cindy already planning everything for this but then she never expect that the one who confess is not her but instead it's him.

After she called and inform him about his ex-wife that she got arrested, she left right away after her duty and then, two weeks passed which was June 15 but he never see her and never know where she is. His very scared to ask since it's her privacy but he was very worried about her and already thinking something might happened to her.

Lu : 'Where's that lady gone off? I thought she trust me enough but not even once that she shared something to me about her. Is she alright? Did she got kidnapped? Did she got an accident? Gaah, it's her own problem and not mine' (but then he suddenly feel a sudden heartache that even the day that he got divorce with his wife he never feel like this and then asking himself). Did I perhaps fall for her?' (then suddenly he heard his colleagues talking about her)

PO4 : Neh, where did you think Officer Cindy now since she suddenly gone without informing us?

PO3 : Talking about her, now I miss her even though she always ignore me (then ask to his female colleagues) hey, how about all of you have you heard anything from Officer Cindy?

PO5 : Nah, we never did and we only communicate her if it's related to work and if not then it's look like you're talking with a book or more worse talking to a wall only.

PO1 : I see so not only us but even all of you.

PO6 : Hai, hai she only even talk to Officer Cai if it's related to work and if not then she won't even speak even one word. Oh, right speaking about our Seniors, how about you Officer Lu? You're her partner, right?

Lu : Yeah

PO : (All) so did you ever talk to her aside from work?

Lu : (hearing that one he suddenly remembered something)

Flashback

Lu : Neh Officer Cindy? (his dropping her off first)

Cindy : Yes?

Lu : Do I need to agree of our divorce?

Cindy : It depends on you Officer Lu and it's not my life you know.

Lu : You already know about my wife, so what's your opinion about her?

Cindy : She's indeed beautiful but I think you know her more than me, so my opinion will never affect to you.

Lu : I see, but you can give me an advice as a friend and not because I'm your partner or your superior.

Cindy : Well for me, if you really love someone whole heartedly then you can let go off that someone, seeing that someone is happy then you will also be happy though it's painful to do that but at least you set that someone let go and be free.

Cindy : Shut up and don't talk to me if it's not work related. Ah, we're here Officer Lu (then rushly getting out from the car) thank you Officer Lu and never mind that one because you're always free to talk to me Bye.

Lu : 'Free to talk to me but you've never talk to me about you, what an unfair for you Office Cindy but then it's my own fault since I'm the one sharing it.'

All : Officer Lu?

Lu : Yes?

All : I see, so not only us since also you Officer Lu.

Lu : ....

PO1 : Geez, if we only know where she lives then we might know where she is.

After their duty, Lu rushly going to the place where she lives but then again he realize that he never know which floor she lives and he won't ask from the Head Residence since it will only create a rumors from them, so he only need to ask one person and without waiting the night to pass, he called someone.

Lu : Officer Cai, where are you?

Cai : I'm still at the Headquarters, why?

Lu : Wait me there, okay?

Cai : Why? Is there something wrong Wen?

Lu : I will tell you in person (then drive right away but didn't go beyond the speed limit and then when he arrives, he go directly to his office and ask) Officer Cai, I need to ask you that's not related to our work.

Cai : Yes, what is it?

Lu : Do you know where's Officer Cindy about?

Cai : She's on her training.

Lu : Training?

Cai : Yes

Lu : When?

Cai : Exactly the 1st day of June and I just got to know yesterday since our headquarters unit got praises from the evaluation officers because of her performances.

Lu : ....

Cai : I see, so you also doesn't know anything.

Lu : Uhm, do you know perhaps about her?

Cai : I think it's you who know her more since you've been partnered of her the moment she joined our team.

Lu : Then you didn't know anything about her the moment she joined our team?

Cai : Aside from being a sharp shooter and a skilled one, I don't know anything since I only got it from the Police Academy of Performances and Evaluation Unit.

Lu : .....

Cai : Don't tell me you're thinking that she's a spy?

Lu : Geez I'm not that idiot to think of her as a spy.

Cai : Hai, hai so then you love her?

Lu : What?

Cai : Well asking her where abouts around this time and not waiting for tomorrow, is not that a sign of love?

Lu : But I'm a married man

Cai : And a divorcee

Lu : Eh, so you know?

Cai : Uh-uh Wen, so now I will give you a scenario, what if your ex-wife and Officer Cindy got kidnapped at the same time, who are you going to save between the two? No need to answer me and just figure it out. If you already choose someone between the two, then that someone is the one most and more important to you that she already become part of your life. Now I'm going or else my wife will be worrying about me.

Lu : Eh you're married?

Cai : If you really want to keep your relationship in private then do it privately.

Then the two of them leave right away and drive their own car to their way home. On the next day, Lu is absent for two days since his figuring it out his feelings toward her. Every weekdays the Police Officer and Trainee who's training can't go home and just stay inside the camp, so Saturday afternoon Lu visit at the training camp around 5pm since he know that they can go home around 6pm. He park his car where is not visible to them but then at exactly 6pm, he witness how Cindy communicating to her co-officers freely while smiling without knowing that they only bid farewell to their Senior and talking but only related to works.

T1 : Senior Officer Cindy, good bye and see you on Monday.

Cindy : Mmm
