Rei : I have Manager Han and for the changes awhile ago I have recorded it to my phone

Han : I see and you know what Manager Rei?

Rei : Mmm?

Han : Having you here is really good and we're lucky to have you. Sometimes, I also feel that we might be useless when you're around with us

Rei : Ha, ha. Nah, I'm also lucky that I joined with your teams guys and all of us have their own weakness and strengths.

Han : That's right and see you tomorrow again Manager Rei.

Rei : Uh-uh and see you tommorow again guys . (Rei leave and give an eye conversation to her husband) 'you don't need to follow me and you can come to our house anytime when they're already asleep.'

Tae : 'Geez, it's like I'm really keeping a mistress'

Rei : 'We don't have any choice and I will wait for you to inform them'.

Tae : 'Thanks Hon'

Rei : 'Your welcome' (and then end of the eye conversation)

After Rei leaves the team house, everyone is still wide awake and continue chatting.

Li : Let's me see the schedule Manager Han

Han : Here

Li : (he accept and read together with everyone except Han since he already seen it)

San : Ha, ha so this is Manager Rei true ability.

Yun : Such an efficient Schedule Manager and very precise.

Shi : Yup efficient and precise

Wang : I never expect that this is the real Manager Rei, so this is the real ability of Secretary Rei?

Chi : Yeah, that's right and having witnessed it, it's still unbelievable. I mean look out how come you know that Manager Rei leave 2 slots on the 15th day when Mr. Zhang still not informed the changes of their preferred schedules

Tae : 'Geez Hon, for sure you also study their schedules by hacking their security and you happened to notice that their changes of it, so that's why you have this 2 slots for that day but why 2 slots?'

Rei : Achooo.... 'who's talking behind my back?'

Han : Not only that one guys, their at least 12 slots that's available.

All : Eh?

Han : 1 slot for 15th day, 3 slots on 18, 2 slots on 21, 2 slots on 27 and 3 slots on the last day

Tae : 'Ahh, I see so not just their schedules but all of the schedules. Ha, ha, ha you leave many hint that you're R, Hon but well they can't guess it even me if you didn't tell me that your R'

Rei : A-----achooo 'did I catch a cold?'

Han : Maybe Manager Rei already predicted that one so she left that slots on purposes since being a Head Secretary for 2 years, she might already know the schedules of the other companies.

All : Ah, I see.

Yeah, that's right because Rei didn't use her hacking skills since most of these companies are also contributor of the C International and Group Company and Rei already knows when they will have their Team Buildings , so when she notice the name of the company on their preferred schedules that coincidentally lapses to their Team Building she give another slots to another one and she didn't put any date for them since she's still not away for their availability. The other schedules who just confirmed right away are all chosing the right day that there's no any conflict to their another schedules and in other words these companies have an efficient and precise coordinator for the task just like her.
