”That.. if I would guess it right, I will not be like any of my colleagues who got suspended and demoted since I know and aware that I didn't violate any company rules and regulations but maybe promotion perhaps but it's nonsense since I'm still a newbie and my service it's not enough for the said promotion.”

Rei is awaiting for Manager Xia's reply.
”...” Manager Xia still silent because he needs to think how to convince her.
”Manager Xia?”
Manager Xia got stop from what he think and then facing her.
”So, Ms. Rei by what you guess Promotion what do you think of it?”
”Truthfully I don't know Manager Xia and my service is still raw, I mean it's been almost 7 months that I'm part of this company, so being promoted even for 7 months must be ridiculous for the seniors who already part of this company for almost 3 years.”
”You have a point Ms. Rei but that's the reason why they've never got promoted because they never progress or improve a little bit and yet they remained constant that they taught it was enough to got promoted. Meanwhile you, you only here for almost 7 months but what you did every day, every month until now you get improve and improve again knowing what's your limit and not. And yes, you got it right, you got promoted”.
”Eh?” due to her shock, she only uttered this word and don't know what she's going to say or react of this sudden good news from her.
”I just received an instructions from the main branch, from what I heard from only a simple staff you will be promoted to become a Secretary and got assign at the main branch. Since we're talking about overseas, the main branch give you a month for decisions because this will be talking about your family and your career. We will wait for your decisions for a month and let us know what you decide.”
Rei just nodded because she understand that it's a great opportunity and because opportunity only knock at once and it will never happened again if she disagree this offer but then Manager Xia still continue informing her.
”You don't need to worry your living expenses because the company will shoulder all of it and if you agree, you will know all thw details about this when you arrive in the Main Branch. I just told to inform you and wait for your answer, so you must think it well about this great opportunity for your career.
