19 Internal Storage (2/2)
[ As for now, you only need item 1. Select it and then add it to your cart ]
Lu Fengyi tapped upon the first item and was brought to the information page of the item, 'System, how does this internal storage work?'
[ You simply will your consciousness to access the storage systems and you will be able to see and locate whatever you have put inside it. In order to place items and remove items more conveniently, we have added a computerised access terminal that will allow you to organise the items like an inventory ]
Lu Fengyi nodded before purchasing the Minor Internal Storage.

[ Go on, try entering the internal storage ]
Lu Fengyi thought to himself, 'Enter internal storage, enter internal storage...'
Seconds later, the world around him flashed before disappearing, now replaced by a dull, white room.
[ Not bad for your first try. In future, when you get more practise, you will be able to open the internal storage instantly. Note that only your consciousness is transferred over, so don't ask any question about why you fit inside the internal storage]
Once again, the interface had appeared before him, now slightly different from before. The displaying application had been separated into two sections, one marked with 'Internal Storage' while the other with 'Personal Storage' which listed several items.
Selecting the bag of gold, Lu Fengyi chose to transfer all the high denotation bills and a majority of the gold coins, leaving him with five hundred gold. Willing for himself to exit, Lu Fengyi found himself back in the spot he originally was, now with a much lighter bag upon his waist.
'Alright, time to head to the markets.' Lu Fengyi looked around for possible passing pedestrians before leaping back onto the main road and walking as if nothing had happened. As he looked around the village, he noticed that most of the houses had dimmed their lights and only the taverns and the more popular shopfronts still had their lamps ablaze.
Upon the next intersection, Lu Fengyi noticed that down the road that lead in the south direction, there was an unnaturally brighter glow in the distance. Jogging quickly towards the lights, he realised that not only was the glow brighter, the entire street was busier, bustling with speedy farmers and urgent traders. In no time, he found himself at the centre of something he knew all too well, the night market.
”Cheap herbs here! Come get your cheap herbs!”
”Top quality weapons and tools for sale!”
”Amazing tasting food from a conferred kingdom!”
Lu Fengyi smiled as nostalgia swept over him. The night markets was where he had grown up before becoming an author making this rowdy atmosphere soothing and comfortable.
”I have the freshest crops this season!”
”Beast cores and dragon parts!”
”Herbs, herbs, herbs!”
Lu Fengyi decided to head towards a herb store in order to pick up some basic training herbs. Although it was evident that the shopkeeper was trying his best to attract customers, he had only gotten a fair few.
”May I take a look around?” Lu Fengyi asked.
Surprisingly, the shopkeeper did not chase him out, thinking he was a trouble making kid, but instead welcomed him in before returning to his post out the front.
As Lu Fengyi scanned through the masses of different herbs, looking for a suitable bunch, his eyes suddenly began to blaze. Although he was unsure and needed confirmation, just the thought of what he had seen excited him.
Before him lay the Frigid Sun Mother Grass.
