4 Within The City Of Bluemoon (2/2)

Naota bends his neck to his left side and dodges the punch. Then he grabs the man's face and smacks it into the wall right next to him. The man begin to bleed from his head and his nose as soon as he got smacked into the wall. ”Scums like you...You are the people I hate the most. I doubt I can even call you a scum...You are even lower then that.” Naota says as he walks near the kid. She seems to be crying. Naota gets his tank top off and gives it to the kid. ”It's a little long but it will be fine until I find you a clothing that fits you.” Naota says with a smile to that kid.

”Naota...” A familiar voice calls out for Naota. Naota looks to his right and there stood Adana. ”Oh hey...You found me Adana.” Naota says. ”Madam...Adana...” Naota looks at the little girl.

(Madam Adana?)

Adana got some clothing for Naota and the little girl. Naota got himself a blue long sleeved inner T-shirt and a long sleeveless black coloured designer coat which had no buttons to it. Naota tied a blue cloth belt to his waist which closed the trench coat. While the little girl got herself a cute pink dress. Naota came to know that the little girl was named Lily and she didn't have any second name since she didn't know who her parents were. Lily also got some bandages on her wounds. The wounds were bandaged by Adana herself. After a short walk Naota, Adana and Lily all sat in an inn named Jackbreaker.

”So where can I find that guy you were talking about?” Naota asks Adana. ”I am really sorry Naota but it seems that Grafali has actually gone out of the city for some kind of quest. So you will have to wait for some time for him to arrive.” Adana says. Lily silently eats the food displayed on the table. ”I guess I just have to wait...” Naota sighs.

Naota looks at Lily who is eating her food. ”What about her?” Naota asks Adana. Lily holds onto Naota's arm. ”I will stay with big brother Naota!” Lily says.

(Jeez, getting called a big brother is weird...)

”You do realise that I do not have a place to stay, right?” Naota points out. Lily pouts but doesn't leave Naota. ”I know that but I only feel safe around you big brother.” Lily says as she pouts.

(Feel safe around me huh? That's what I used to say when mom used to hold me tight in her arms...)

”Fine but don't you dare leave my side then. I am not going to help you if you leave me, understood?” Naota gives Lily a smirk. ”Of course, Lily would never leave big brother Naota's side.” Lily says with a cheerful smile.

”Is Mistress Adana here?” A voice of a male person is heard by the three people sitting together. Adana recognises the voice instantly. ”Is that you Skar?” Adana questions and looks back. Naota looks at a man who has braided hair, a huge body and also he seems to be quite heighted.

”Mistress Adana, the lord has asked for your arrival.” Skar bows down towards Adana. ”Lord?” Naota is confused. ”Yeah, the city lord, Madam Adana the fiance of the city lord.” Lily whispers in Naota's ear.

(The fiance of a city lord...That is one strong hell of a person that the city lord has got himself)

”I am sorry Naota...I will need get going but we will definitely talk with you later.” Adana says to Naota. ”Sure thing.” Naota says. Adana leaves along with Skar.

Naota sighs.

(City lord huh? I wonder what he is like...)
