125 Ainsleys Brother (1/2)

The dungeon master saw the worst person came into his dungeon. Trevon entered the forest while humming. Some young masters and ladies gathered around him asking about the dungeon. Of course, he bragged about his adventure.

”The dungeon master is a bit stinky. You can't make a deal with him. I propose a golden elf as the inhabitant to make thing a bit neater, but…”

The monoliths appeared again. They stopped Trevon and the other young masters on their walk.

[987. You can't suggest things to the dungeon.]

[988. You can't brag about your adventure inside the dungeon.]

[What?] Trevon saw two new rules added.

The young masters and ladies turned pale. [It is as in the family information. The dungeon loves to make rules.] They thought.

”That is not bragging. I am only guiding my fellow brother and sister.” Trevon complained. Nevertheless, the monoliths disappeared, but a new rule appeared instead.

[989. You can't guide other people inside the dungeon.]

The elders turned somber with the new rules. They haven't heard a dungeon with the many rules like this dungeon.

”Erm… I only want to say hello to you. Hahaha. It has been long since we last meet.”

[989. You can't say 'Hello' to the dungeon master.]

Trevon felt the dungeon wanted to fight with him. He was with his brothers and sisters, but the dungeon contradicted all his words.

”I will just sit in the monolith area.” Trevon walked toward the monolith area. However, he only managed to see the area before the monoliths appeared again.

[989. You can't sit near the monolith area on the first floor.]

Trevon froze from the rules. Even some elders started to look at Trevon. When they checked the dungeon before, they could wait and sit in the monolith area. They even took some time to copy the rules. But after Trevon entered the dungeon, three new rules appeared.

”Only one inheritance!” This time the dungeon master shouted. Trevon felt everything around him changed in instant. He appeared at the entrance before the forest.

[Sh*t!] Trevon ran back toward the monolith area. He saw his brothers and sisters again. But before he could step into the monolith area, he teleported back to the entrance again.

[I will go again.] The more he was forbidden, the more Trevon wanted it.

”I think you can't enter the dungeon again, Trevon.” Grand Elder Pieter found Trevon at the entrance. It was rare that a dungeon communicated with the test takers. He had to stop it since Trevon might call the dungeon's wrath.

”Yes.” The dungeon master answered.

[What?] Grand Elder Pieter and Trevon thought the same.

Grand Elder Pieter froze with the response. His eyes turned wide while his eyebrows raised. As one of the strongest people in the family, he had access to secret knowledge about a dungeon. While he had read that a dungeon could communicate, that was only for a very important matter. [Is this important?]

Trevon saw the Grand Elder's face. ”Hahaha. Grand Elder is correct. I have to mine for Master Creator.”

”…” Grand Elder Pieter still felt scared and shocked by the response to his word. ”Yes, you should quickly do Master Creator's request.”

The young master left the dungeon while the dungeon master hummed in happiness.

Grand Elder Pieter and other young masters and ladies could only freeze from the humming.

Five minutes later, Trevon had returned to the place where he had mined before. He took his dropped tools and returned to his mining position.

He continued to mine the location, but he couldn't find the red iron ore. While he had found common iron ores, but red iron ore wasn't there.

”Hey! Are there any red iron ores in this mine?” Trevon wondered.

”Krauk… Krauk… Krauk…” The Rabbink enjoyed some snacks from God knew where. ”There is… Krauk…”

Trevon frowned seeing the endless wall before him. [It seems the ore had been mined by the tourists.]

Trevon continued to mine here and there. He changed from one place to another place, but his luck couldn't get any ores. Grand Elder Pieter and Lance looked to him several times, but they left the mining place again to check the young masters and ladies in the dungeon.

This continued for three days. Some people were injured. Two young masters also had their life jade slips turned into dust, which indicated they fell inside.

The family held a private ceremony to deliver those young masters. This was a dangerous world. Some young warriors would disappear during their growth. While the dungeon was safe since it didn't contain a penalty, death was always a possibility with demon beasts lurked inside.

There were some young masters and ladies who tried to enter the dungeon several times. However, the rules were the biggest barrier. Most needed to ask the dungeon to let them out since they were forced between danger and the rules.

Most participants obtained small treasures from the dungeon. Only a few managed to obtain slightly rarer treasures. A young master obtained a martial art manual from a treasure box. While no one managed to gain an inheritance. However, the rare treasure would open the door for the research on the family. Some young masters and ladies traded the treasured with family contribution points.

During these three days, Trevon enjoyed the time. He practiced martial arts in the morning, then visited one of the many mourning families after breakfast.

Then the young master would mine in the mine to find Red Iron Ore, but he still couldn't find it. He even asked the family staffs to show him other red iron ore mining location but found nothing. Trevon also had a portal changed from the mine entrance to a deep mining location rarely patrolled by family guards.

On the night he continued to read the novels and relaxed. He turned his reading to free novels while nagging the Rabbink for spirit stones. Since the city was still in danger, he wasn't allowed to go outside enjoying the night entertainment.

Trevon hadn't known about the fate of the twins after Ironlaw family was attacked again. Neither he could find the Drunken Night. The city was still in a mourning state. People still worried about the attack. The night activity was forbidden by the city guards.

During the three days, he barely had any problem except the cat. First, the pavilion staffs were defeated by the cat. He sent even more staffs the next day, but they returned full with scratches and bites. The young master wouldn't admit defeat, he decided to send the powerful family guard to lead the staffs hunting the cat.

This was a new day, the fourth day of his extension. He was taken to an injured guard on a stretcher after he pressed the troublemeter.

[Sh*t!] He thought. [This cat is more troublesome than he thought.]

”We need the professional.” Trevon told the family staffs.

”Yes, Young Master. We will ask the Demon Beast Tamer.”

”No. They would be overkill.” Trevon talked in a dangerous voice. ”We will call the DOG. Do we have a dog here?”

”Yes. We have the largest and biggest dog to patrol the pavilion.”

”Good. Send the dog! I want the result soon.” Trevon swiped his hand. ”Hahaha.” He laughed seeing the staffs exited his pavilion.

[I need to prepare for today.] Trevon returned to his room. He had to visit Bandeira family again for the departing procession.

An elderly in a red robe led the ceremony. After that one by one people came and paid their last homage to the fallen warriors. Each family name was announced and the representative appeared.

Trevon was waiting for the boring procession when he heard the receiver shouted.

”Alesanto Family Leader, Seathan Alesanto came to pay his respect.”

Trevon saw two figures came to Ainsley. They walked in the aisle. One of them was a handsome man with a lean body. His robe couldn't cover the muscle on his arm.

Trevon could sense the fighting aura from him. While the other was a burly person, but his eyes looked around like kids. Trevon scouted the young man in front.

[Name: Seathan Alesanto]

[Age: 68 Years]

[Sex: Male]

[Species: Human]

[Potential: 20/56]

[Determination: 94]

[Cultivation Speed: 76]

[Loyalty: 95]

[Decision Making: 45]

[Talent: Fighting - Sword, Fighting - Spear, Formation Building]

[Affiliation: Alesanto Family]

[Eh?] Trevon felt something was wrong. [Why did he stop at Top Rank 1? Isn't he the genius from Ainsley's family?]

”A curse. He had a curse which will lock a person's strength.” Master Rabbink looked at the person. ”Look at his black lips! That is the sign of Black Vessel Curse.”

[Black Vessel Curse?] Trevon looked again to the person.

”Yes. His level was reduced until he broke the curse. However, this is also a lucky chance from a dungeon.”

”Lucky chance?”

”Yes. If he managed to break it, he will face a smooth sailing for his cultivation. He will still need to pass the standard cultivation barrier set by God, but his speed will increase dramatically.” Master Rabbink solemnly said. It continued to make a calculating hand. ”He lost in a dungeon inheritance and obtained this curse.”

[Lose in a dungeon inheritance…] Trevon still looked at the man. He remembered his first grandfather from Issabella's side, Audermar. Audermar lost and received a penalty, he didn't recover from his loss.

Nevertheless, the young man before him was walking with confidence. He and the other man walked toward the end of the hall. Those pictures which made a path before had been displayed on a tall platform making a pyramid. They stood before Ainsley who was sitting next to the platform since he was the sole survivors of Bandeira family.

The pair of Alesanto geniuses looked at each other. Trevon felt the situation tense. However, he saw Ainsley had a tinge of admiration in his eyes.

”I am passing here to sell things in the capital. Never imagined this disaster would happen. You have my condolence, Brother.” Seathan opened his arm.

”Thank you, Brother.” Ainsley woke from his seat and hugged Seathan back.

[Eh? He is crying?] Trevon couldn't believe he saw Ainsley crying.

”You have to stay strong. You are a Bandeira now.” Seathan patted Ainsley back. ”I will pay my respect to the elders.”

Ainsley left the hug and kneeled again.

Seathan continued to walk forward. He made a palm and fist salute toward the platform. Trevon and his family also had done the same.

”He still showed respect to the Bandeira family.” Trevon heard a guest commented.

Trevon looked toward the source. It was a rogue cultivator in silver robe.

[Name: Lubaid]

[Age: 67 Years]

[Sex: Male]

[Species: Human]

[Potential: 16/16]

[Affiliation: -]

[A common extra.] Trevon thought about the gossiping cultivator.

”Hmph… The Bandeira family didn't help his family eighteen years ago.” His friend said.
