7 Gilet part 2 (1/2)
Dean was not hesitant proceeding forward, his mind was calm and his posture was straight and with his clean white clothes he look pleasing to the eyes. He didn't show much emotion on his face he only showed indifference to everything he see on his way.
The pathway that he took was said to be leading on a garden so the more he walk the more his surroundings started to be light up by the sunlight. The path that he took was not that long so he was able to reach the end of it quickly, and when the moment he reach the end of the pathway what he saw amaze him.
Clean surroundings with flowers and trees surrounding the area, the little flowers that spread out all over the garden was like something straight out of a fantasy that he had saw from his past life. And in the middle of these vibrant flowers was simple bamboo hut, it was bigger than a normal seen around the city, however compared to the extravagance of the 'mansion' like building it was place in the bamboo hut looked rather simplistic and unrefined.
Its roof was only made out of weaved dried leaves of a plant that he did not know of, the 4 supporting column of the whole bamboo hut was made out of different kind of woods as for its walls and floor the materials that was use were all bamboo.
The bamboo hut was open and letting him see a silhouette of the person sitting inside the hut, the silhouette suddenly move the moment he entered the garden, it seemed to have notice his arrival. Dean was aware of this and it made him think that it was the Gilet person he was supposed to meet.
He straighten his body cup his hands and bowed as he announced who he was ”My name is Dean, I am here for the job as a helper.”
The silhouette did not make any kind of response causing Dean to think that ”Gilet” was still suspicious of him, he couldn't blame him though as he arrive here unannounced just because Freya told him to come, so he added ”I am from the Lotus Inn and was sent here by Miss Freya to work.”
And like he thought the person inside the hut move once more to stand up, a man's followed ”So Freya sent you here, if so then you must be someone that's trustworthy and hardworking. Come here boy let me have a look at you before I decide to hire you.”
Dean walked forward and before long he was already in front of the bamboo hut, he was honestly caught off guard by the voice of the man inside the bamboo but after taking deep breaths he was able to control his mind and reactions.
He did not want to have another one of his childlike reactions as he treated as something truly disgraceful and if he did throw that kind of reactions here then he just might as well say to them that he don't need the job, because no one will hire a spoiled brat.
Reaching the front of the hut Dean cupped his hand and said ”Mister Gilet.” He gave him a slight bow showing his respect to his elderly, he clearly do not know if this man named Gilet was old or not just base on his base but to be safe he was acting extra careful of how he approach things.
”Good, you have manners boy I like that. You said that you were from the Lotus Inn, what work do you manage there?” Gilet gave him a simple answer from behind the blinds that was keeping Dean from getting a clear look on his face and total body features.
Dean notice this point and answered ”No I do not work there, I am just one of the people that rent one of their places for the time being, I was just sent here by Miss Freya because I happened to mention I was looking for a job earlier.”
Behind the blinds Dean was able to hear Gilet listening to him as he was constantly saying ”hmm” as he spoke of all this, silence occupied the surroundings, when he stop talking and finish his explanations Gilet also didn't say anything for a while.
Dean didn't move from his place and just stood there in front of the bamboo not moving, after a while of waiting Gilet finally said something ”Alright then I will hire you for now if I don't like you I can always fire you anyway and if that lady from the Lotus Inn recommended you how bad could you be.”
