Chapter 10 – Pig Killing Saber

Zheng Longxing summoned another aide and handed a letter to him. “Deliver this letter. Inform the master from the Bloodmoon Gang to prepare himself according to these arrangements and be ready at any time.”
“Yes.” The aide turned and left.
In the shadows of the chamber, this county commander’s lips split open. He diabolically laughed, “Haha, a young magistrate in his teens suffered such a humiliation and committed suicide after being unable to bear it. This reasoning is flawless. Even if they investigate, they won’t be able to find anything…hehehahaha!”

“My Lord, we’ve arrived.”
Ma Junmo pointed towards a forest of stones in front of them.
This stone forest was located in the southwest corner of Alabaster County City. It was in a remote, distant location and there were strange and bizarre rock formations all around. There was thick green vegetation and the air was moist. Many snakes and poisonous insects dwelled here, and a heavy miasma permeated the land.
This place was occupied by the Divine Orchard Gang over 20 some years ago. After all these years of operating from this location, this place had become like a small mountain village. A tall fence stretched around the area. This was the headquarters of the Divine Orchard Gang and it was a nearly impregnable bastion with a layout as confusing as a maze. Even if an army of 300-400 people came, they would still find it difficult to assault this base.
When speaking of this region, the people of Alabaster County City would often shudder and pale.
All of the residents of the city regarded this stone forest as a land as terrifying as an Asura hell.
“You can go back.” Li Mu turned and said to Ma Junmo. Then, he lifted the steel saber in his hands and headed towards the front gate of the Divine Orchard Gang headquarters.
“My Lord…” Ma Junmo wanted to persuade Li Mu again, but when the words reached the tip of his tongue he just couldn’t speak them. He straightened his back and clenched his teeth. “I will accompany you inside…” Just as he said these words he began to regret them. Once they went inside, how would they come back out?
Li Mu waved his hand without even turning his head. “You wait out here.”
Ma Junmo’s legs became like lead. He didn’t even take a single step forwards.
He turned around. He could see that in the far off distance, on the road they used to get here, there were a number of people looking towards them. There were some officials from the County Administrative Hall, some members from other gangs and factions, and even some bodyguards from wealthy families and so forth…news of this matter had clearly spread at an astonishing speed and all of the high-level figures in Alabaster County City were paying attention to this event.
Was a heaven-shaking tsunami about to roll towards them?
Ma Junmo suddenly felt a spell of dizziness come over him.
At this time, Li Mu arrived at the front gates of the Divine Orchard Gang headquarters.
Two stone columns that were over 20 meters high stabbed into the heavens like stone daggers. A door was built between them. This door was made from ancient wood that was thousands of years old and was incredibly heavy and thick. It was dyed bright red, just as if it were soaked in blood. Several disciples of the Divine Orchard Gang stood at the entrance, all of them wearing crimson, blood-red clothes, and all of them exuding a perverse and eccentric aura. Their eyes were cruel and callous as they stared at Li Mu walking towards them.
“Divine Orchard Gang Leader Sikong Jin, roll out of your nest and see me!”
Li Mu’s anger began to ignite. He took wide steps forwards.
The Divine Orchard Gang disciples were like sparrows whose nest had been disrupted.
“Who are you?”
“Halt…”
“It looks like you want to die. You dare to rush into the headquarters of my Divine Orchard Gang?”
Angry shouts sounded out. The members of the Divine Orchard Gang approached.
Li Mu paid them no heed. He shouted out, “Sikong Jin, I don’t believe that you don’t know I’m here! Hurry up and get the hell out here!”
These words were like a thunderclap in broad daylight. They cracked through the air, causing everyone’s ears to buzz and hum. They immediately revealed expressions of astonishment.
This young county magistrate, how could his voice be so loud? Was he a martial arts powerhouse? No…there wasn’t any sense of aura emitting from his body.
“He actually dares to shout out the name of our gang master. Capture him.”
A gloomy and dire voice spread out from behind the front doors.
“Go!” The members of the Divine Orchard Gang rushed forwards.
Li Mu bent down a little. Strength began coursing through his legs.
The ground beneath his feet instantly cracked like a spider’s web.
Then, like an engine suddenly pushed to the limits, he hurtled forwards.
His speed was as quick as lightning.
The disciples of the Divine Orchard Gang simply weren’t able to respond to what had happened. All they saw was a flash of light and a figure flicker in front of them. A gust of wind rushed past them and blew them off their feet. As for Li Mu, he had already disappeared.
“What?”
The distant Ma Junmo’s heart tightened. His pupils shrank.
This level of speed…even a master at the perfection of the Energy Unity realm would be unable to possess such speed, right?
What was going on here?
Could this County Magistrate Li actually be a martial arts master who had hidden his abilities all along?
Gasps of surprise sounded out from afar. Those observing were also startled silly.
And soon after –
Bang!
The sound of a thunder crash erupted, sounding like the beating of divine drums.
Li Mu rushed towards the great gates of the Divine Orchard Gang headquarters like a raging gust of wind. He kicked at the gates.
Then, beneath the gaze of numerous eyes filled with shocked disbelief, something incredible occurred. With that single kick, the great 10,000 jin heavy gate suddenly blew apart like two fragile planks of wood. The gate doors were blasted several meters away before they struck the stone forest and caused a cloud of dust and smoke to rise up. Pieces of stone flew about and the ground for several miles began to shake as if an earthquake were occurring. This sort of crazy and violent scene was simply indescribable.
