Huang Tiankong chortled as he grinned at Leng Haidong. ”Wanna know how I reached this realm?”
Leng Haidong wanted to say yes but he saw his current expression, forcing him to compose himself as he gulped a bit of his saliva. Huang Tiankong saw Leng Haidong's actions and proceeded to continue.
”Do you remember the Shackle Ascension Pill that the Red Dawn Pavillion was selling over a month ago?”
Leng Haidong nodded, his clan bought one as well. ”I do. Sure it gives you a 30% chance to break through the Ascended Mortal realm, but that's still a low chance you know.”

Huang Tiankong frowned a bit, he didn't really want to reveal his secret. After a moment of contemplation, he sighed inwardly. 'I guess I have to show my cards so my plan goes smoothly.'
”If I told you I know of a place that increases the chances of breaking through by at least 20%, would you believe me?”
Leng Haidong frowned as this was the first time he heard of such a place coming from Huang Tiankong. He was truly conflicted as it would help boost his power and his clan's power. But he knew that this was a card Huang Tiankong revealed to make him accept the alliance offer.
'If I deny the offer, I wouldn't get access to the place Huang Tiankong was talking about. If I accept, I would get access to the place. But there's still a chance that Huang Tiankong is fooling me and he's just forcing me to accept with great conditions.'

Huang Tiankong sighed and relaxed his body as he looked at the horizon beyond the window.

The magma was flung tens of meters away, hitting a tree and lighting it up on fire. The man didn't mind the fire and looked at his hammer with glee.
This man was Shi Li.
