51 First Meeting, and Unexpected Surprise (1/2)

”Hm, good work everyone. Looks like you've done better in your trainings.” Rafi smiled at them as he looked at everyone of Rias's peerage gathered in front of him. Everyone already finished their designated training in those twenty days and they were grouped back in the end of their training sessions.

””Thank you for your help, sensei.”” Koneko and Xenovia slightly bowed to Rafi as they looked at him in gratitude.

”Ara, ara, everyone are so lively.” Akeno laughed a little as she saw everyone looked more spirited after the training regime.

”Haha, I am almost dying though... Strange, Rafi-sensei, where is Azazel-sensei? At this time he should be happy poking fun on us right.” Issei smiled in grimace at first in response of Akeno's words. As he looked around, and found Azazel was not with them, he couldn't help to ask Rafi.

”Ah, Azazel is preparing for tonight event. It is a pretty important event for the Three Factions, so he really puts much attention to it.”

”Eh, what is the event tonight, Sensei?”

”It is a formal peace agreement between Three Factions and Norse Mythology.”

”Ahh?!”

”As for you guys, there will be a gathering of young and promising devils before the main event. Make sure to prepare yourself for those events.”

”Ehh, we will join such important event?”

”Hahaha, it will be an experience for you guys. Prepare yourself for tonight and, see ya...!” Rafi laughed lightly as he then walked out of room, leaving Rias and her peerage to discuss things.

”Buchou,...will we be fine joining such meeting?”

”What are you saying, Issei? It is a good time for you to begin familiarize yourself with this. We might have more of such occasions later.”

”Hmm, what do you mean, Buchou?”

”Ara, ara, it looks like Issei still doesn't understand, Rias. Looks like my chance is still there.”

”A-Akeno?!! I will not let it happen!!” Rias looked at Akeno in shock as they then walked together, leaving a slightly absentminded Gasper behind. Kiba, looking at Gasper, slowed his steps as he waited for Gasper.

”By the way, why are you seeing Rafi-sensei like that, Gasper? It looks like you, um, fear him maybe...”

”...umm, Kiba-senpai, actually... ahh, forget what I have just said!”

”What do you mean, Gasper? Is there someting wrong?”

”No, there is nothing wrong! It is just my feeling, ah I have just remembered my hometown.”

”Hmm, is that so??”

”Yes, it is just I suddenly think about my hometown.” Gasper said in low voice to Kiba as he added in his mind, 'But, this feeling, it feels like... when I met a higher ranked vampire before. I clearly remembered that Sensei didn't have this aura before, but why now it feels like he is a...vampire? Is he truly a human, or a vampire? Or... is he may be a hybrid... like me??'. Gasper was lost in his thought as he walked slowly, slightly left behind from Rias and the others.

”Hm, Gasper, we are far behind the others now...” Kiba kindly reminded Gasper as he saw Gasper was absorbed in his thought.

”Ahh!!”

Later at night, at venue of the gathering, Rafi was spending his own time drinking slowly, alone in a corner as he watch the party. Some devils could be seen glancing at him times to times, bewildered upon what a human did at their important event, though they didn't dare to approach him due to the medallion on him. As he ignored their gazes, he kept his own drinking game as he sighed to himself, that the girls didn't want to join the party to accompany him that night.

”You know, you sure keep your guest waiting for a long time, Azazel.” Rafi said slowly after he sipped a bit of his drink.

”Hahaha, sorry, have you been waiting for long? Hm, it looks like you seem a bit down. Did something happen?” Azazel came in front of him with a laugh as he looked at his gloomy face.

”Nothing serious actually, just these gazes are rather disturbing my mood.”

”Well, who said to keep your status a secret? They are just curious about you. But that aside, you do seem different tonight. How to put it, hm, your aura seems like...”

”Oh, it may be just your feeling, Azazel. Well, rather than that, where are the others?”

”Ah yes, the Satans will be here shortly, Michael has just told us he would be slightly late. Odin is on the way, he will be here in a bit. Are you sure there will be an attack later?”

”Yup, there is someone that will be displeased with Odin's decision after all.”

”Man, I guess there will always be someone like that in every organization eh. Though, I hope your ability could be more specific. If it is, then we could just deal with them beforehand, no need with those troublesome preparations.”

”Can't blame me, Azazel. I just see glimpses of future, and it is even quite blurry at that.” Rafi said in a matter-of-fact as he sipped his drink.

”Hais...”

”Oh, Serafall and the others have arrived, let's join them Azazel! No need that gloomy face now.” As he said that, Rafi grabbed Azazel's shoulder as he brought him to join them.

”Hey, it is you who is gloomy though...” Azazel said weakly as he was grabbed along with Rafi, joining the Satans who just arrived. After some pleasantries with Sirzechs, Ajuka and Falbium, Rafi moved to a separate table with Serafall in tow as they chatted alone, leaving other attending devils surprised at how close they were.

”You really have made me lonely there, Serafall.”

”What are you talking about, Rafi?”

”You know, it just doesn't feel right for me, sipping my drink alone here, without a companion.”

”Have you been waiting that long? Uh, I am sorry...”

”Moreover, times and times again, everytime I watch the rising sun and waning moon, it feels rather bleak for me without you at my side, Serafall.”

”Hm, is this one of your trick?! You lecher! You already have those girls and you still, still,...”

”Still what em, Serafall? I don't quite hear it now ~.”

”You?! Hmph, I will not fall for your trick!”

”Well, that is fine, I will just ask Sona-chan's opinion. Whether she wants having a brother-in-law or not, hehe ~.

Sona-chan! Do you want a, hupft!!” As he saw at her glare, he smirked a bit after he saw Sona and Rias who just arrived and were chatting. Deciding to tease her more, he raised his voice a bit as he called out to Sona, much to Serafall's surprise and embarrassment, as she quickly closed his mouth with her hand.

”Cough, cough... What are you shouting for!!” Serafall was coughing in embarrassment as she was red on her face, when many devils put their attention on the her and Rafi.

”Hoho, you can't prevent me, Sera-chan.” Lightly grabbing her hand, Rafi smiled in victory as he held her hand and walked to Sona and Rias's group.

”Argh, wait a bit! This-this is just, auuhh, now we really look like a... How can I explain it to his girls now?? Especially her...” Serafall protested lightly as she tried to release his hold on her, though to no avail as he held her firmly, leaving her blushing hard due to surrounding stares that were full of shock and surprise as she resigned herself on fate and just followed him along as she mumbled to herself.

”Hm, are you saying some things, Serafall?”

”Hmph, I don't want to talk with you, and you don't talk to me either! Or else...!” She glared at him as she said in a fierce tone, as she said to herself, '...or else I can't guarantee that I will be able to keep myself away from you anymore... Forgive me Yorimitsu-san, but it seems being held by him is really making my heart beating hard...'

”Why do I feel something ominous seem waiting for me in future? Hm, it is really strange...” Looking at her angry face, Rafi couldn't help to smile wryly as he realized his teasing was a bit much, especially at the events where many high up devils were gathering. As he sighed to himself, he suddenly shuddered slightly when he felt a sudden chill on his back.

”...” Serafall just giggled after hearing him as she then kept her angry face again when Rafi looked back at her due to her giggling.

After arriving at Rias and Sona's place, Rafi and Serafall greeted them and both went to tease them in their own ways. When he patted Koneko lovely head, Rafi secretly leave a Hiraishin mark on her, knowing that she would met with Kuroka later. As they were waiting for Michael and Odin, Sairaorg came and invited Rias and Sona to the young devils gathering before the main event began.

Meanwhile, in Avalon, the girls were relaxing in living room as they decided to watch the magically-constructed TV as they played together, or did their own things there. At some point, the girls decided to see what Rafi was doing in another screen and found that he was holding a blushing Serafall along the way, approaching Rias's and Sona's groups.

”See, now he just goes on his way to flirt again. We really should go to the party before, less he flirts around more.” Artoria sighed slightly as she saw Rafi were teasing Serafall on the screen.

”Hm, that little girl even dare to ignore our talk before. It must be her that seduce my 'son'. Look at her reddened face, she must be using her appeal on Rafi now. Looks like I need to step out there.”

”Wait, Yorimitsu-san, no need to be that hasty. It is better to observe them first, we could give him a piece of our mind later. Considering his quest, I think it is better for us to help screen the girls around him, less that he is deceived by them.” Sakura held Yorimitsu as they kept watching the screen, showing Rafi were chatting with Rias and Sona's group.

”But still, I can't shake this feeling when I see he is with those flies of girls.”

”Rather than calling it a quest, it is just his lecherous nature in my opinion.” Karin just commented unconcernedly as she ate her snack occasionally, while she kept writing in her note.

”However, he does get stronger everytime he brings another girls from every world he visited. Like in my world, with me, Artoria, Yorimitsu, and Illya-chan. At next world there are Kaguya-san, Hinata-san, Hanabi-chan, and Karin. This world may not different though, he will surely bring another girls again. Sigh...”

”Ugh... I wonder why I decided to join this before...though it is too late regretting it now, better just enjoy this journey.” Karin muttered under her breath as she heard what Sakura said.

”Hm, so lord husband has these many concubines. As expected of the man who defeated me, the Progenitor of Chakra. As the main wife, I don't mind he has another concubines, so you don't need to be concerned about it.” Kaguya who was silent all the time finally said some outrageous thing, as what she said really attracted the girls's attention on her.

”Huh, we still haven't decided who is the main wife. Don't randomly decide things first!” Yorimitsu said with a dark smile after hearing what Kaguya said.

”Are you unconvinced? I am the strongest here after all, so of course it is me the main wife. If you are unconvinced, you can challenge me.”

”...good, let's settle this main wife position here. I will not let it go to some unknown woman who have just woken up after being defeated by my 'son'!”

”Ugh..., well, it is better if we ask Rafi first right... there is no need for a violence now.” Karin was fidgeting slightly as the aura of Kaguya and Yorimitsu were raising, slowly and heavily.

”Ah, what are you saying, Karin?? It is a good time to settle this first you know. Or, are you planning to give up? Then, I will surely accept your refusal as a sign of defeat.” Sakura was smiling rather darkly as she looked at Karin.

”Sakura and Yorimitsu are right, I will not accept Kaguya as the main wife, Karin. Rafi spends longer times with me rather than the others, so I am the rightfully main wife. Besides, he said that I am his Queen, so it must be me.” Artoria suddenly said, much to the surprise of the others, as she changed to her knight attire.

”Nee-san, why are they being so agitated like that?”

”Hush, we don't need to join their fight, Hanabi-chan. Although, I also want to be...” Hinata kept Hanabi to her side as she whispered to her in a low voice. Though she left her words at the end unheard by Hanabi, as she muttered to herself.

”Hmm, nee-san is the number one, I believe that pervert will choose nee-san for sure. Nn, yes, I really think so.” Hanabi looked at Hinata closely, as she held her hand and said it in a matter-of-fact manner.

”Hehe, is that so? I think he will also like Hanabi-chan.” Hinata smiled at Hanabi's attempt of encouraging her as she caressed Hanabi's long and silky hair softly.

”Uuwahh, I don't want to be liked by that pervert! I am just protecting nee-san here.”

”Hmm, my little sister is so cute...” Hinata pinched Hanabi pouting cheek lightly as she smiled at her cuteness.

After some times passed, the young devils joined the main party again after they finished their own gathering. When he looked around, Rafi didn't see Rias, Koneko and Issei as they should be going to Kuroka's place at that time. Then, Odin arrived with Rossweisse and Baraqiel in his guard, following behind him as they headed to the Satans.

”Long time no see, Old Man of the North.”

”It is really been a long time eh, rascal of Fallen Angel, Azazel.”

”Pleased to meet you, Chief God of North, Odin-dono.”
