28 Meeting (1/2)
”Fuuh, the preparations are complete now. I hope I can summon them right later.” Rafi exhaled a relieved sigh after he collected enough catalysts and sacrifices. He preserved those he collected inside Avalon for later summoning.
”What do you want with them and those remnants, Rafi?” Illyasviel asked him after she put those sacrifices inside tube tanks for preserving them. Beside the golems, Rafi also prepared enough tools and materials from Fate world for later experiments, if they might ever need it.
After Rafi told Illyasviel about the existence of another world, she had took a liking to a new energy she might found there. She then asked Rafi to prepare many materials and tools from Mage Association while he did the missions, even if by begging it or stealing it or so she said.
They must took that hard path after Illyasviel was separated from Einzbern family upon her defeat and supposed 'death' in the Holy Grail war. She often asked Sakura for helps as Artoria and Minamoto no Yorimitsu knew little about magecraft. While Sakura might be amateur, but she still had Tohsaka family bloodline in her, coupled with Matou family modifications on her. Eventhough Sakura's progress might be slower at first, but her firm spirit allowed her to finally advance her mastery over magecraft.
”Well, it may look like a necromancy, but it is more advanced than usual necromancy, Illya-chan. You are in for a surprise later.” Rafi chuckled slightly after explaining a bit about Edo Tensei.
”Fu fu fu, we will wait for the surprise, Rafi.” Sakura smiled lightly as she helped Illyasviel finished the preparation. While Artoria and Minamoto no Yorimitsu were looking at the materials Rafi collected with somewhat curious and disturbed eyes.

While Rafi was preparing things in Avalon, in Konoha, Tsunade was having a meeting over Danzo's disappearance and Raikage's letter with Fire Daimyo and the elders.
”That is what happened, Daimyo-sama. Danzo was defeated by that man, who proclaimed as Gandalf the Grey.” Tsunade explained the events after her recovery.
”Well, there are you, Shizune and those Kumo shinobi. Why don't you all do anything to help Danzo?!” The Daimyo was pretty pissed, after knowing a Hokage she was pointed recently was defeated easily.
”It is not that I don't want to help him, Daimyo-sama. But, I have just recovered from overusing my jutsu for saving the villagers before. I was not in condition for a battle. While Shizune was held by his jutsu and those Kumo shinobi didn't want to participate in a fight that looks like an internecine fight of Konoha, Daimyo-sama. ” Tsunade wryly smiled as she heard Daimyo pissed tone. As she said that, she also added in her mind, 'Besides, that was a good chance to rid Danzo using another's hand. Danzo's ambitions is too wild for Konoha.'
”Internecine fight? Isn't he an intruder?” Daimyo asked puzzledly.
”His eyes, Daimyo-sama, look like a Byakugan of Konoha's Hyūga clan. Though, his Byakugan seems different than the usual Byakugan.
I have called Hyūga Hiashi for confirmation, Daimyo-sama. He may arrive sooner. Here he comes, Daimyo-sama.” Tsunade explained patiently when a knock suddenly was heard on the door. After confirming it from Anbu, she knew Hiashi already arrived in their meeting.
”I have arrived, Daimyo-sama, Tsunade-sama.” Hiashi nodded slightly to The Daimyo and Tsunade as he came inside the meeting.
”Can you tell us about that grey-robed man, Hiashi. Some sources said that he came to Hyūga compound together with you before.” Tsunade looked firmly to Hiashi as she asked him.
”It is a pretty long story, Tsunade-sama. But, I can tell you that even if he has Byakugan, he didn't come from our Hyūga clan. His origin...is pretty complex.” Hiashi then explained about Rafi's supposed origin, the moon, and his shared ancestry with Hyūga clan on earth.
”The moon?!! Are you kidding me, Hiashi!” Tsunade was stunned after hearing Rafi's origin from Hiashi.
”Yes, it is unbelievable. But, that is the truth. His clan actually is Otsutsuki clan on the moon. Oh, his name should be Rafi Otsutsuki.” Hiashi nodded firmly to Tsunade.
”...what is his purpose appearing on earth then? You haven't told us all of it, right?!” After a bit of silence, Tsunade looked deeply to Hiashi. The others in the room also revealed suspicion to Hiashi after Tsunade's words. Facing their suspicion, Hiashi could only smiled somewhat unnaturally.
”He indeed told me that he had a mission on earth. As a shinobi, I feel his mission is pretty weird, though it is a rational decision as he thinks of his clan.”
”Oh, what is his mission then, Hiashi?” Tsunade asked him as her eyes flashed with interest.
”BUT, as a father, I feel that his mission is ridiculuos! It is just his selfish desires all along!!”
”...cough, cough, calm down, Hiashi.” The others were stunned silent after hearing Hiashi's sudden outburst. Tsunade then broke the silence as she reminded him.
”I am sorry for my outburst, Daimyo-sama, Tsunade-sama. Just remembering his self-proclaimed 'Holy Mission' causes me to lose my calm.” Hiashi bowed slightly to others in the room as he calmed down. He then explained Rafi's 'Holy Mission' and Rafi's intention on Hiashi's daughters.
”That...is pretty bold of him.” Tsunade smiled wryly after hearing Hiashi about Rafi's mission.
”Isn't that interesting?! How about inducting him as one of Konoha's shinobi?!
He could be a huge boost for Konoha's strength! Besides, if he has wives and children here, we could monitor and control him better.
You could marry one of your daughter, or even both to him, Hiashi!” The Daimyo said excitedly as she looked to others in the room. The Fire Daimyo was pretty interested to increase Konoha's strength potentials and she also wanted to build a relation with moon's Otsutsuki clan. In her mind, as long as Rafi stayed inside Konoha, he could still be controlled through many means.
””...””, the others were stunned after hearing what the Fire Daimyo said. Especially Hiashi who was agape and petrified there. He was the most shocked about Daimyo's offer. As it was both of his daughters that were talked about.
