Miyu quickly put the box and letter back into the hidden place once she felt a presence. She tidied herself up, flattened down some of her flying away hair strands, and prepared herself for interaction.

Aina knocked on the door and Miyu gave a little call to her, indicating that she could come in.

Aina bowed in front of Miyu before saying, ”Sorry to intrude, young miss, but your mother is screaming and throwing things. At this moment, she is coming to your home. I-I...”

Miyu got up and said, ”If that is all... then you may leave.”

Aina composed herself and nodded. She bowed once more and left, but stopped when Miyu said,

”And remember... she isn't my mother.”

Aina turned around and nodded once more, but this time her eyes filled with understanding.

As she left, Miyu gave out a sigh of relief. She expected Kokoro to get mad, but it seems that Kokoro seemed to be a little extreme. Miyu wondered how badly Ryota hurt her until she heard her door slam open.

Miyu turned around to see Kokoro, who had radiant skin which looked healthier than a baby's bum.
