Tia exclaimed. Mei Chen was a bit confused. She had just signed the contract with Elia and haven't done anything to be called ”famous”. Curious she quizzically asked her sister.

”Sister Tia, what do you mean?”

”Oh, you haven't seen it yet? Someone uploaded videos of you while you were singing at Grandpa Chang's party and it's now trending in social media.”

”WHAT?!!!”

Mei Chen said her goodbyes to Tia and hastily went online.

Since she and Kenny were on a lovers quarrel she didn't bother much with what's happening in the interwebs.

As soon as she opened her facebook app, tons of notifications and posts regarding the pretty little nightingale singing heavenly on stage.

Mei Chen was so surprised she read the comments on the videos and everyone was praising her.

Mei Chen had no idea that the person behind the viral video was none other than her producer Elia Lee.

Elia was a cunning woman and had calculated everything. She went out of her way to ask someone to film Mei Chen's performance during the party thinking ahead that she could use the video to boosts Mei Chen's popularity long before she went up to talk to little Mei again and offered her the deal.

She knows sooner or later she would be able to persuade Mei Chen. After all, no one can resist the promise of fame and luxury.
