Mei Chen and Kenny were escorted by a maid towards a room at the back of the Banquet hall when they arrived at the Chang Mansion.

When she entered the room she was surprised to see the band hired by Elia during her sister Tia's wedding.

”You're here?!!!”

The violinist exclaimed. He was surprised to see Mei Chen looking so glamorous and like a true royalty with her dress.

Kenny was beside her and glared intently at the poor violinist.

Mei Chen rolled her eyes and greeted the band.

They asked Mei Chen for any old songs that she knows to see if they can play it with her.

After all most of the guests were retired generals and the birthday celebrant was in his 80's so they wanted to make sure that they could entertain them with their own music era.

Fortunately, Mei Chen could sing a few songs from the old times.

She used to sing it with her grandpa when she was just a kid.

They rehearsed a little and after they are confident with their rendition they started setting up at the Banquet hall.

When Mei Chen started singing everyone were shocked to hear her angelic voice.

Even Elia who had heard her still gets goosebumps whenever she hears Mei Chen sings.

She reckoned she really needs to signed the girl and  helped her towards her stardom.
