She coaxingly said then she flashed a sweet smile.

She's not doing it just because she pity him, but the thought of him being alone makes her feel so much pain and agony. It breaks her heart.

She knows how difficult it must be for him, how hard it is to accept your flaws and talk about it.

She admire Ian's courage for being honest with the reason for her fainting.

If he didn't tell her, she would be completely left out in the dark with the incident.
